wolfx Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Another picture. Looks like chances are high for a MG Gundam Destiny.
Shmitty Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Another picture. Looks like chances are high for a MG Gundam Destiny. It's wierd how I hated S-Freedom till this MG. Looks like I'm gonna have to get it.
azrael Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Another picture. Looks like chances are high for a MG Gundam Destiny. Told ya it was possible....Although, that was based off talk from 2ch..... Now on to the upcoming stuff Hi-Nu looks good, I must say. HGUC GP02 and DSSD Astray. And yes, that would be Hyaku Shiki in Waverider mode if it ever made it that far into it's development.
Sevket_Erhat Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 For those of you (like me) who ordered the Full Burst S-Freedom.... prepare for a large package... Where did you ordered yours from ? And I must say that crossbone looks really good
azrael Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 Where did you ordered yours from ? Hobby Link Japan.
wolfx Posted December 22, 2006 Posted December 22, 2006 I'm liking the Hi-Nu. I'm still very surprised they went and MG-ed this.
Black Valkyrie Posted December 25, 2006 Author Posted December 25, 2006 I don`t about you guys but Strike Freedom golden hands reminds me of Anakin`s mechno hand.
Hikuro Posted December 25, 2006 Posted December 25, 2006 Well I got the Hi-Nu, Crossbone and F91 on my want list.....but I'll have to wait sometime before I get anymore kits since I'm still working on I-Justice but I have no more paint to use.
Hikuro Posted December 26, 2006 Posted December 26, 2006 Well I said screw it on the paint for the rest of the main body of I-Justice....and it doesn't look too bad at all. Course I goofed in a spot I wanted to paint but I can either A) just ignore it, afterall it's only a HG, or B) paint it later when I have more free time. Course I haven't touched the flight pack because I diffenetly want to paint that and see no hurry at this time. I just consider this good practice till I'm reading to go back to Master Grades, and my first will either be F91 or Crossbone.
Hikuro Posted December 27, 2006 Posted December 27, 2006 I-Justice didn't turn out too bad, I used Italian Red and Pure white on the main body, followed by Aqua Green on the vents, and Mica Red on the flight pack which is just I think a few shades darker then Italian and it looks good. I think Athrun wouldn't mind piloting it.
jonwayne Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 an old kit. managed to fix it up recently. the 1/60 HY2M rick DOM, special coating version. i only paint the bazooka. the rest of it are out-of-box condition.
Morpheus Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 HGUC GP02 and DSSD Astray. And yes, that would be Hyaku Shiki in Waverider mode if it ever made it that far into it's development. Hyaku Shiki in waverider must have it.........
azrael Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Hyaku Shiki in waverider must have it......... Well, if you want it....you'll have to build it yourself. But there is the book: http://ga.sbcr.jp/news/0612/069/index.html
azrael Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 the Full Burst SF is nice, is it limited? Yes. There will be a 2nd release of SF Full Burst later this year, minus the action base from what I hear.
jonwayne Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 just to show how big are these 1/60 HY2M model kits. Here are they standing next to a 1/48 Roy
promethuem5 Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Oh man, I've wanted the HY2M RD and Gouf forever...
Black Valkyrie Posted January 6, 2007 Author Posted January 6, 2007 Nice pic, poor valk Hong Kong Gundam Exhibition Dec 2006 Expo : http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/ryo61011141/art...30&next=259 http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/viewthread...t=gundam%2Bexpo http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/viewthread...t=gundam%2Bexpo
kung flu Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 With the release of the Zeta Gundam movies, what do think the chances are of Bandai releasing MG versions of THE-O and Hammurabi?
azrael Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 With the release of the Zeta Gundam movies, what do think the chances are of Bandai releasing MG versions of THE-O and Hammurabi? MG The O??? Possible, but it would be as big a Sazabi (scale and box size). MG Hambrabi? Low...very very low.
Loner Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 MG The O??? Possible, but it would be as big a Sazabi (scale and box size). MG Hambrabi? Low...very very low. Didn't they show off an MG O a few years ago at a convention, where Bandai vote a vote on which will get the MG treatment? The Zeong won from what I remember.
Beltane70 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 There was a HGUC kit of The-O, but I never heard of there being a MG version.
GRAND CANNON Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 Didn't they show off an MG O a few years ago at a convention, where Bandai vote a vote on which will get the MG treatment? The Zeong won from what I remember. It was 2002. Maybe this will be the year...........
kung flu Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 (edited) I would definitely get the MG THE-O if it comes out, now seeing those pictures we now know bandai already has managed to make a prototype, my hopes have been raised Edited January 9, 2007 by kung flu
lechuck Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 From Gunota another pic of MG Hi-Nu: http://www6.ocn.ne.jp/~midori-b/newpic/nes-g0686.htm
promethuem5 Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 That pic raises the question of: what the hell is going on with the splinter camo lines on the mold? Are the parts going to be cut so you assemble the white and blue armor bits?
azrael Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 That pic raises the question of: what the hell is going on with the splinter camo lines on the mold? Are the parts going to be cut so you assemble the white and blue armor bits? From the looks of it, yes. But, considering it still looks like a resin cast with epoxy putty on it, I'd wait for later pics of the model.
Hikuro Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 Hi-Nu looks fantastic, seriously, if I have to get back into the MG fad, it'd be with THAT.
Zeta Otaku Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 Other news: MG Crossbone Full Cloth Is that really called the full cloth or is that a translation error? Anyway, having the first Crossbone MG... I think I'm going to have to get this one too because... well... I am a semi-completist
azrael Posted January 12, 2007 Posted January 12, 2007 Is that really called the full cloth or is that a translation error? It's probably a translation error (should be "Full Cross"), but the box says, "Full Cloth". Unless we are all wrong and it actually is "Full Cloth"...
Zeta Otaku Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 (edited) It's probably a translation error (should be "Full Cross"), but the box says, "Full Cloth". Unless we are all wrong and it actually is "Full Cloth"... heh, thanks. Also, just built the MG Strike Freedom standard version. VERY nice kit, though had some problems with one of the gun handles... doesn't really fit well on either hand. no biggie. in a few days I'm gonna whip up my own stand for the DRAGOONS (they are dragoons, right?). If it works out, I'll do the same for my Nu and later the Hi-Nu. I heard the Full Burst stand you actually need to boil the arms for the DRAGOONs and bend them into the shape you need. Is that true?? Why didn't they just use solid wire like they did with the bugs for the F-91 stand? Also, anyone build the HG 1/100 Saviour (Savior?) kit? I'm an MG purist but couldn't resist this one (I have a soft spot for variable mechs). My question is this: would it be possible though heavy kit bashing to attach the savior armor around an MG ReGZ frame? I did something similar years back for a Zeta 1.5 (MG Zeta armor bashed with a MG Zeta Plus A1 frame... wasn't bad actually) and was just curious if the leg transformation was the same. Hikuro Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 So wait, is this crossbone version the same just with added equipment?
F360° Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 So wait, is this crossbone version the same just with added equipment? yes, it seems so.
