GRAND CANNON Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 (edited) Some pics of the 1/100 Metal GFF are up: http://www.moeyo.com/2007/02/post_2168.html Looks impressive, so far. **EDIT** GP03 pics: Edited February 23, 2007 by GRAND CANNON
wolfx Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 I want the GP03 without that big....half a dendro thing on his back.
promethuem5 Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Well, I ended up needing some modelling sutff from HLJ, so I bought the Zabi-Pro from them instead and gave up on the BBTS preorder.. left my E-Zabi preorder with BBTS tho...
Fort Max Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 I want the GP03 without that big....half a dendro thing on his back. Aye, it's either the full deal or no deal.
GRAND CANNON Posted February 24, 2007 Author Posted February 24, 2007 Some more 1/100 Metal GFF pics with comparison pic to a 1/100 MG. From what has been said, the QC is a big leap up from the 1/144s.
Black Valkyrie Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 Any idea what the metal parts are in it.
kensei Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 I hope they continue with this line into the other series. It's basically a MMM GQ no?
Fly4victory Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product...amp;mode=retail Does the pre-order GP-03 include the Orchis? Aye, it's either the full deal or no deal.
Black Valkyrie Posted February 24, 2007 Posted February 24, 2007 (edited) I hope they continue with this line into the other series. It's basically a MMM GQ no? I don`t thing so look at the previous 1/100 chogokin Gundam lines, just three Gundams and thats it. Edited February 24, 2007 by Black Valkyrie
kensei Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 I'm talking about build, nothing to do with the number of Gundams.
GRAND CANNON Posted February 26, 2007 Author Posted February 26, 2007 (edited) Any idea what the metal parts are in it. Don't recall where this originated from, but you can see where some of the die-cast is located. Guess it's just strategically located in the skeleton..... ....and...here's another HCMPro -79G shot... Edited February 26, 2007 by GRAND CANNON
GRAND CANNON Posted February 26, 2007 Author Posted February 26, 2007 Upon closer look, it also looks like the core fighter (torso) is die-cast, too.
Black Valkyrie Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 Upon closer look, it also looks like the core fighter (torso) is die-cast, too. Yep
Fort Max Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 There's a write up of the 1/100 Fix over at ToyboxDX.com, in the forum

recon Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Will be getting mine this Saturday, have dumped GFF due to poor paint job, QC sometimes. Hopefully they would do a MKII RX-78 Titans in the near future.
holytoledo69 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Some more 1/100 Metal GFF pics with comparison pic to a 1/100 MG. From what has been said, the QC is a big leap up from the 1/144s. I was about to order this figure, then poof!! suddenly "Out of stock"
Fort Max Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 (edited) Yet another contender for best HCM Pro ever? http://www.gundambase.com/community/news_v...mp;news_idx=576 also, Freedom, http://www.gundambase.com/community/news_v...mp;news_idx=574 & Gelgoogs http://www.gundambase.com/community/news_v...mp;news_idx=575 Edited March 1, 2007 by Fort Max
promethuem5 Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 That above pic totally seals it for me as the 79[G] being the coolest HCM ever. I can't wait to get one and do that.
Black Valkyrie Posted March 1, 2007 Posted March 1, 2007 Checking HLJ and I found this, strange Guntoa didn`t report it.
Shaggydog Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Checking HLJ and I found this, strange Guntoa didn`t report it. Actually they did report it, on Feb 3. The battle-damaged RX-79G looks awesome, but I think the regular RX-79G just comes with some optional parts (seen on the sprue in one of the pix) that allow you to customize the 'clean' version into the 'damaged' version. Presumably you'd have to paint it yourself.
promethuem5 Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 I think something confirmed that not too long ago... it;s like the first couple od MGs where you just get s sprue of extra kibbly bits...
Graham Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 Definitely, getting 3 of the RX-79G, it looks great. I note there is no beam rifle though. I guess that means they will probably release an Ez-8 with beam rifle. Wonder if we will get the hover APC as well? Graham
wolfx Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 I kinda understand the nick nacks of field repair but that grille covering the cockpit is weird. How is the pilot supposed to get out?
Graham Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 That grill doesn't cover the cockpit hatch, which is on the top part of the chest, in front of the neck on the RX-79G. Graham
wolfx Posted March 2, 2007 Posted March 2, 2007 That grill doesn't cover the cockpit hatch, which is on the top part of the chest, in front of the neck on the RX-79G. Graham I see. Its a chest canopy like the Freedom and Justice instead of the normal torso one. Thanks.
promethuem5 Posted March 11, 2007 Posted March 11, 2007 I FINALLY got my HCMPro Sazabi... gave up on the BBTS preoder and got it from HLJ (on SALE!) and it is simply gorgeous. One of the best HCMPros by far. I just wish it had a way to display the deployed funnels...
Graham Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 The green Gera Doga HCM-Pro is also great. Fantastic articulation and detail. Graham
Lynx7725 Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 I FINALLY got my HCMPro Sazabi... gave up on the BBTS preoder and got it from HLJ (on SALE!) and it is simply gorgeous. One of the best HCMPros by far. I just wish it had a way to display the deployed funnels... Well FINALLY. How about the Sazabi-E? Got it yet? The Sazabi-Pro is a great piece but I love the Sazabi-E more, problems and all.
Black Valkyrie Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 Well I would like to say it seems that I finally stopped buying Gundam figures and kits (only if something special for the 30th Anniversary) cuz I lost interest and because so many new toys on the horizon with the Bandai`s new In Action! Offshoot line like EMSIA, CM`s upcoming Legioss-Tread set and ... the new Macross products from the upcoming new show .
promethuem5 Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 I gotmy HCMSazabi, but my E-Sazabi is still on preorder from BBTS... the HCM Sazabi is more for dsiplay, but the E-Sazabi is gonna be for much more playing with. Glad to hear it is a good figure... I'm looking forward to it.
Shaggydog Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 I received the HCMP Qubeley over the weekend, and boy, Bandai has really raised the bar with this one. Some features: 1. The top of the head pops off and the eyes turn, 2. The beam saber hilts stow properly in his wrists, and the wrists are articulated to facilitate removal, 3. The toy is painted iridescent white with a hint of pink, 4. Articulation is great throughout (of course, Qub is always a bit limited in articulation just due to the design, but Bandai did a great job here) 5. Each funnel is individually removable. If I had a complaint, it'd be that the hips are a touch loose. But this toy reminds me once again of the utter ridiculousness of the notion that Takara's AG series is on the same level as HCMP. I enjoy the Takara AGs that I own (Fatty Land Type and Diving Beetle) but the degree of intricacy and engineering in the best HCMPs is easily an order of magnitude greater.
Capt Hungry Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Has anybody seen the latest FIX coming out? The GP-03 Stamen? It's coming in with a potential configuration that I haven't seen before. Anyone ever seen this? It's kind of like the Dendrobium, but in a lightweight configuration. Gundam FIX GP-03
