briscojr84
Okay I need some input guys, since I'm redoing alot of my older files I decided to redo some of the custom stuff that I did for those files the first one I did was a defender mod based on a design sketch in MPM, I need to know which one you guys think is better the old one or the new one. the white drew carey
Definitely the second, but you need to do something about the head, it's really screwing up the perspective. What program are you using?
briscojr84
I'm using adobe photoshop, I was thinking about chopping that large portion off at the back though. I meant photoshop, stupid adobe acrobat commercials. Edited October 2, 2003 by briscojr84
the white drew carey
What you should do when pasting on the head is use the transform functions after you paste it in but before you flatten it in order to make the perspective match thatof the underlying image. Click on Edit -> Transform-> Skew, Distort and Perspective.
briscojr84
Hmm, sounds good, I was also thinking of this, I moved the radar mast up onto the top of that hump, and maybe make it into a WO/EW cockpit for a second person maybe. Agent ONE
I think you might need to loose that "big head" thing all togeather. Makes it look like his eye is in the middle of his chest.
briscojr84
Unfortunately that's what it shows it having, oh well, it'll be good enough till I can get ahold of my friend to just redraw it.
joseph
The second version, I like more. You could use the design of the image that is very similar to phalanx if you want.
yellowlightman
Looks good, I would suggest darkening the lines on the whole thing, using the contrast or something. It'd look a lot better than the light grey lines currently there.
MicronianDevil
Ummm...the second one.
Terrance Wong
joseph: What you have there IS the Phalanx (Actually, the reinterpreted BattleTech Rifleman for the Japanese version of BattleTech. You'll also find anime-fied versions of the Marauder (Glaug), Warhammer (Tomahawk), and all those TRO 3025 'Mechs))
Angel's Fury
The second one looks better, but if you do the same thing to the new pic on the first one, then it would look better. Edited October 3, 2003 by Angel's Fury
