Mechamaniac Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 I for one, would love to see this one done in a 1/48 fighter mode. I wonder why Club-M never did it when they did the other signature Macross Plus valks. Would anyone else want one of these? Quote
Mechamaniac Posted December 22, 2005 Author Posted December 22, 2005 Any suggestions who we could contact to make one given that there's sufficient interest? Quote
robokochan Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 To make any model run worth the money..and to keep it cost effective you would need at least 40 orders. Sculpting price.... Mold Making... probably more than once. Silicone and resin... Possible white metal parts... Clear parts.... Boxes... Time...the most important factor. Things to keep in mind. There are alot of talented sculptors here on the boards that could handle a project like this. If the demand is there then it will happen. Rob Quote
robokochan Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 355228 Maybe get Tanmen to do it?    Sorry...  355230 That is just wrong..... Good thing I am moving back to the States.. Rob Quote
zeo-mare Posted December 27, 2005 Posted December 27, 2005 i would love one of this kit, but what would the price realisticly be for one of this size with good detail? chris Quote
falcon14141 Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Id really be up for this one... but why not a perfect transformation 1/48 VF-11B ? .... and a perfect transformation YF-19 1/48 would be just as gorgeous.... Unfortunately, those will just remain a dream. Quote
Less than Super Ostrich Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 (edited) boooooo perfect transformation... go back to the Toy Forum! just kidding you Falcon! Seriously though.. I never understood the reasoning behind a tranforming model kit. Are you really going to transform it? And if you do, you risk major damage to the kit (at minimum the paint job). I'd rather have a nice static kit. Edited February 28, 2006 by Less than Super Ostrich Quote
Sdf-1 Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Yep, transformation is better for toys. Quote

Model's are great, but it's always fun from time to time to display something else (at least, that's my girlfreind's telling... :'( )... Quote

HWR MKII Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 Actually its the Admiral T-1 nickname OCTO. Since it has more guns than an octopus has arms. Quote
Less than Super Ostrich Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 Yeah, but Banarama doesn't have a song called Admiral T-1 Quote
