Duke Togo
I am wondering if they'll just drill through the box and all of the DVD cases all in one go. Ya know, look through one end of the box set, and see clear through. All in the name of removing UPC's.
Fort Max
They take their time yes but you'll get your orders and only the barcode/plastic wrap is damaged.
JB0
What's the idea with cutting up the UPC code? I suspect it's to keep people from stocking up and reselling them as new, or returning them for a profit.
cobywan
Booksellers do the same thing. It shows that they are overstock and shouldn't be bought at full price.
nhyone
Apparently Southern Cross and Mospeada are still available at The Right Stuff at the "regular" price of $24.99, no UPC cutup business.
Duke Togo
I can replace the snap cases, I'm just worried about them drilling a hole through the entire box.
Tico0001
Has anyone else received their orders?? My CC was charged on the 6th and I still haven´t gotten anything. Did the ppl who recieved it already get an email before hand confirming their shipment? Thanks, Tico

Not as good as $15 each, but I did get free shipping.
johnkillingsworth
My order came last week. Pretty quick turnaround. I picked up Southern Cross and the rest of RT Remastered *ducks* Yeah, I know...but for $10/ea. I couldn't pass it up. They came with little Alpha and Macross morphers. Instant ebay fodder, but there's an extra box to hold the series along with the Legacy discs.

Did the ppl who recieved it already get an email before hand confirming their shipment? Nope, at least, not me... still waiting for the weekend. If by saturday I do not have a package on my mail box or my front door, I'm calling my bank on monday to have the charge removed. regards... mondamoto
Looks like the wait will be a little longer on some orders. ADV is closing because of the hurricane. This was on anime news Closed Today and Tomorrow -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A.D. Vision's offices in Houston were closed today and will remain closed tomorrow due to Hurricane Rita. They hope to be back at work on Monday. ADV's "preparation team" managed to secure the offices and warehouse on Wednesday so that there was no need for staff to work today, giving them more opportunity to get to safer locations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
baronv
Finally received my delivery today of So. Cross & Mosepeada. And the hole in the UPC is pretty tiny and hardly noticeable at all.
Skippy438
I finally got my Mospeadas the day I wondered when they'd get around to shipping them. It took a month, and I really don't mind the UPC thing because the discs are just going to end up in a binder.
Beltane70
I'm still waiting for mine, but they could still arrive today if they were shipped by UPS. I don't even remember how they said it was being shipped. If it is through UPS, they don't deliver to where I live until around 6-7 pm. Binders are horrible way to store CDs and DVDs. I recommend them only for CD-Rs.
