Mr March Posted September 6, 2005 Posted September 6, 2005 I'll probably go to see it because I'm really in the mood for some brainless action that I haven't seen in a long time and because Statham is almost always entertaining, even in a lame movie Quote
mikeszekely Posted September 7, 2005 Posted September 7, 2005 or jet li 326124[/snapback] Dude, Jet Li got Aaliyah, plus the blonde in Kiss of the Dragon. And don't tell me he didn't score in his Chinese films, because he definately got the reporter in High Risk. Jackie Chan Jennifer Love Hewitt (the Tuxedo). I'm sure he hooked up with one of the two girls in Operation Condor, and likewise the young boy's older sister who hung out with the wrong crowd in Rumble in the Bronx. Tony Jaa One Thai import does NOT an action hero make. Actually, we're starting to confuse "martial arts" with "action hero." Martial arts movie heroes rarely score. In fact, they are often killed. When they do live, they're often loners. Action heroes would be more like James Bond. The guy who beats up some bad guys, foils their plans, saves the day, and then scores. Quote
