Black Valkyrie Posted May 8, 2005 Posted May 8, 2005 I`m planning to get at least two Macross Battroid Hasegawa Kits, I would like to know if their plastic is at least the same as the MSG kits cuz I my self I like to play kits in general. Quote
HWR MKII Posted May 8, 2005 Posted May 8, 2005 Nope its pretty stiff and pretty brittle. The shoulder peg snapped off mine during construction. Not good for play. Quote
Valk009 Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 The joints can be quite fragile, especially after a few movements. The kit is supposed to be poseable but in long term a fixed position will be the best way to go Andy Quote
Guppy Posted May 17, 2005 Posted May 17, 2005 I built and painted the Hase battroid kit and it is super fragile. I am currently doing the VF-0 fighter kit and it seems a lot stronger. well, less moving parts like knees and elbows and thin hips to break. Quote
Guest Bromgrev Posted May 17, 2005 Posted May 17, 2005 <Sighs>. Models = poseable display. Toys = play, plus they're shiny. Quote
