I can't stand to see everyones signatures

Go to My Controls at the top of the screen

Now click Board settings at the bottom left

Click NO for "Do you wish to view members signatures when reading threads?"

Forums are clean again! This mod really increases the speed for dialup accounts (in addition to the other options in that section)

So then does this executive mandate supercede Roy Focker MW rule #14 in the Rules thread herein contained in this FAQ section?

14. DON'T Post image files in your signatures or uploading the same image over and over at the end of every post.

It detracts from the readability of the board.

I just want clarification. If one faction in command says one thing and another one says another we are left with a rift that could allow almost anything to be second guessed. Roy sort of has this issue set in stone in the rules thread so I would think that pics in the sigs are still a no no.

Am I wrong? If so, someone in power please correct me.
