You've convinced me! Wonderful stance... thanks for the photos - can't wait to follow through on your painting techniques. A truely unique model - keep up the great work! Wm Quote
fernandofaria Posted February 4, 2005 Author Posted February 4, 2005 Thank you Cheng . Its good to know that you liked my work . I will try to make a good making of of the painting process . I Forgot to post an important part of the process . the wing conection . After the cutting , what is left from the base of the wing , are two L shaped pieces . These pieces , I conected together with a U shaped wire ( a strong one). There wa a good time in aligning the pieces with the main body of the palne . The rest was all scratch build the details , that I invented myself. Quote
fernandofaria Posted February 5, 2005 Author Posted February 5, 2005 Ok guys . Thank you for all the good words . Here is my last post on this topic . Next week I will post the finished model in a new one . Thank you everyone Quote
fernandofaria Posted February 6, 2005 Author Posted February 6, 2005 I am in the beginning of the painting of my gerawalk . But I wold like to ask for some help . Does someone have any other images of the Black sv-51 ?. It can be picts from the tv , or models picts . Thank you .... Quote
HWR MKII Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 i dont have any pics on my computer but i have found that the Hasegawa box art colors and the paint instructions are pretty accurate. I painted mine up using a base of dark panzer grey and black mixed about 50/50 and postshaded highlights with the panzer grey un mixed.I then painted the rest of the details in according to the instructions. It looks pretty spot on to the sreies to me. Quote

fernandofaria Posted February 7, 2005 Author Posted February 7, 2005 just curious where the nose cone goes when its in battroid... anyone know? In the batroid form , the nose fits inside the main gear bay .. Its realy a silly transformation . I prefer it only in gearwalk mode... Quote
