Thank you Cheng . Its good to know that you liked my work .

I will try to make a good making of of the painting process .

I Forgot to post an important part of the process . the wing conection .

After the cutting , what is left from the base of the wing , are two L shaped pieces .

These pieces , I conected together with a U shaped wire ( a strong one).

There wa a good time in aligning the pieces with the main body of the palne .

The rest was all scratch build the details , that I invented myself.

i dont have any pics on my computer but i have found that the Hasegawa box art colors and the paint instructions are pretty accurate. I painted mine up using a base of dark panzer grey and black mixed about 50/50 and postshaded highlights with the panzer grey un mixed.I then painted the rest of the details in according to the instructions. It looks pretty spot on to the sreies to me.

just curious where the nose cone goes when its in battroid... anyone know?

In the batroid form , the nose fits inside the main gear bay ..

Its realy a silly transformation . I prefer it only in gearwalk mode...

strange in battroid it looses all its appeal as a model than in the anime. looks more like a stick man.

Yeah looks like a stick bug

Hey Fernando.. I was a fan of your work in the CMC days, this is no exception. Looking real good!

hi bhop.

Thank you for the compliment.

But I cant remember what was CMC.

I used to post images at gundam.com , starship modelers ,AMA Model Gallery and

Galaxy Mech Works .

I hope to post more here .

My next projects after this one , are a VF0B Gearwalk , and a Pod regult 1/72.

Hmm.. CMC was the Cybermodel Competition. I used to do the web part of it... it's dead now though..

I could've sworn you'd entered it before.. maybe I just remember your stuff from gundam.com.. dang, I feel dumb now..

regardless, i'm still loving your SV-51

Definately inspiring, I'm gonna have to hit you up for some tips when I finally start my 1/72 Monster.

Right now I'm mired down with a 1/32 F14 project, ugh what a nightmare.

I'm going to guess one of the Tamiya R/C tanks. They're around $500-700 bucks with the radios.
