Hi everyone,

I just got myself the 1/48 low. I noticed that in the box picture, there are turbines next to the air intakes. However, on my toy, it seems that there are air-vents in the air intakes instead.

Looking at the pictures posted in the forum also, I did not see the turbines.

Anyone know what happend?

The vents are removable!!! Once you remove them you'll find the turbines :)

BTW, congrats on getting the low-vis. That's one awesome piece of art!

Ah, don't feel bad about that. When I got my first 1/48, I actually put the stickers for the raised air intakes on the intakes themselves...Instead of where they should be (which is on the "roof" of the intake shaft to simulate open and folded back intakes) And I wish I had pics of the 1/60 VF-1A that my sister-in-law attempted to transform without removing the legs!:lol: Not pretty, was that one!
