Extra pilot figures for 1/60 Yamatos?

First off, Hi. I'm new, obviously.

That said, has anyone considered recasting any of the 1/60 Yamato pilot figures for the pilotless first release VFs?

I've got a custom VF-1a that would like someone to fly it around, instead of just an empty chair.

I can't remember if anyone did recast the later pilots but if anyone did, it was probably Rohby. You can try checking with him.

Before the later valks came out, people were using the pilots in the Hasegawa weapons pack. Yes, those pilots are 1/72 but it's a close fit with a little work.

Hey Ed.Coli,

Why not just take one of the extra pilots from your VF-1D (assuming you have one), and put the back seat driver in your emty fodder.

Besides, who wants to ride shotgun. No girl ever checks out the guy riding shot gun, they look at the shot caller...the driver.

actually Rohby has molds for the 1/60s also.... it was the very first things he did for the forum... shoot him a PM if these guys can't help you out.

i may have a spare recast tv style 1/60 pilot that i could part with.i have to double check to make sure it's still in my inventory though.......
