Hello everyone:

I finnally got the chance to take pics of my YF-19........so here are the pics.

Any comments are most welcome

BTW I will post the pics of my VF-1D soon

Hi Scand.....

First I preshaded the panel lines in black and then I used a mix of MM enamel sand FS 33531 and Humbrol enamel gloss white 22.

I was looking at the mm sand the other day and thought it might look to beige in color. I ending up buying mm light ivory. I thought I would try that out. It may be to light though. Maybe I'll pick up the sand aswell and try mixing the two.

Thats a really pretty bid mate.... I love the color. For mine, which I am working on.... I was planning on basing with a lightish tan and drybrushing with Citadel 'Bleached Bone" I was initially going to just use the bleached bone color, but after getting the Yammie YF-19, I realized that it is a bit darker. Real nice job, keep up the great work. I cant wait to see your 1D... should be neat to see how you do the orange.
