Wish I could claim credit for this one, but it should give inspiration to those who bought Ken's (ahem) recast.

It's from Neil Prentice who I don't believe is a member here, but is a regular at Starshipmodeler.com, I think.

Yep... this thing is awesome. Don't know where he got the decals, but it looks like originals. This kit blows away my version:

Le-sigh, my most favourite of Valkyries. I'd be tempted to try my mediocre modelling skills on a kit, but I really wish someone would release a toy.

The canopy looks the same on each to me. I think the yellow just makes it stand

out more. I have to say they are both beautifully done models, but I have one

little nit to pick with Neil's.

He has the navigation lights backwards. ;)

It's still an outstanding job, though.

ahm, sirs, where's the correct places/sides to put the navi lights? just in case i have them on my VFGirls drawing, i dont want to make mistakes in coloring them.

"Red, Right Coming" was a little saying I picked up when I flew. It means if you see the red light on the right the plane is coming at you (for night flying...assuming you can see the green...etc) Anyways...if you can remember that you can always figure it out. :)
