How to make transparent and metalic eyes:

- aply a aluminium foil and paint with clear color

- fill the hole with transparent resin.

Probable Hobbyfan will cast this kit - I don't know when.(I didn't send the figure to them yet)

Maybe they will offer a pre paint model too (they have this service)

I can only hope they offer the pre-painted option for Minmay. When someone gives them a kit can they request they try to offer that option for it?

, I can already hear many members of these boards foaming at the mouth to get one of these.

Yes I am.

I gotta put my $.02 in. That is a fantastic scratchbuild. Heck, it would be fantastic if it was straight from a kit, but you have gone all out on that figure and made a masterpiece. :D It's probably my favorite interpretation of Minmay! You obviously have some incredible skills. Maybe you should look into producing some of your own original kits!. Thanks for sharing your work. It is inspiring. :)

I preordered one already.

Only problem is I can't build kits like these myself :(

Anyone willing to take on this project for me on commission? ;) PM me. Please please please.

Those eyes are above and beyond on Ryuji's part.

I'd be happy with regular eyes on that sculpt.

Hey, Thanks! I was looking for this image in good quality! (I was planning to build it but I didn't have a good image - now I can! )

About paint service: I'm accepting to paint and build this kit (including with transparent eyes and Macross emblem base).

wow, isnt that fast? :)

Ryuji, Ive noticed that youve given the standing Minmay a few wire joints that enable her to sit in position and then re-putty and then recasted :)

nice quick technique :D

Its quite impressive how you anage to just whip up his stuff from random bits and how you manage to get the dresses and such so good when you put on your initial puttying so sloppily, not that its you, its just not a very precise maneuver....keep it up.

Damn that looks pretty promising. Wish I still had money to throw away.

What kind of polyester putty is that? I use Tamiya, and it's green, not grey, so I assume you're using something different? .. I don't really like the Tamiya putty and wanted to try a different brand.
