Shin Densetsu Kai 7.0 Posted November 10, 2004 Posted November 10, 2004 Armor that is great!! Tell me, do polycaps hold the arm up? On another site someone said that polycaps are used on the shoulders. OR is it just a regular shoulder joint? How durable is it?> And can you please post size comparisons with master grades after you are done? Quote
promethuem5 Posted November 10, 2004 Posted November 10, 2004 are you painting the base color of the skeleton or using the molded plastic color and just detailing it? looks fantastic so far, cant wait to see the completed model Quote
Ignacio Ocamica Posted November 10, 2004 Posted November 10, 2004 It's coming along very nicely!!! The paint chiping looks fantastic. Great detail as usual Can't wait to see the completed model. Quote
Armor Posted November 11, 2004 Author Posted November 11, 2004 This is a very tight kit. Nothing is lose at all. There are poly caps in the shoulders. And I am repainting all of the frame. I'm useing black, Rust-all and Burt Sienna on the the frame. All the paint is Apple Barrel acrylic. I plan on put this one in a show. It will be my first. I've only been building for four months now. And I wish I would have started years ago. Oh well. Glad you all like it. Quote
Armor Posted November 17, 2004 Author Posted November 17, 2004 Still got a lot more to do but I wanted to show this gun I mounted on his shoulder. It came from a Robotech Revell kit. I thought the shield was blah. So I'm glad I had this. Quote
