e_jacob77 Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 HI all, I was curious as to how many modders were thinking of doing a d model type configuration to a vf-0a.?? I know the D is a 2 seater and the A a single seat but still anyone thinking of this...I only ask cuz if you are you just may sweep up if a kit is offered......I for one would buy it!! Quote
AlphaHX Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 (edited) couple things... shouldnt this be in the model section? also, why use a vf-0d to make the vf-0a? why not use the vf-0s? theyre basically the same plane except the head and color scheme. Edited October 18, 2004 by AlphaHX Quote
AlphaHX Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 oooooooor... if you dont feel like kitbashing anything. you could just buy the vf-0a kit. VF-0A Quote
Zentrandude Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 hes talking about the yammy one thats comming out or came out (roughly i don't like it enough to pay attention to it) it should be ez to make a 2 seater version if you do it old school like in the 1/55s, it looked ugly as hell in a way but it worked. the delta wing might be the hardest part depending how they have the leg connected in fighter mode in the final version of the toy. Zentrandude Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 roughly i don't like it enough to pay attention to it could be a d version comming out with the s version. yammy would make money hand over fist, but as in my quote i dont care for the vf-0 series to pay attention to notice. ps change your attitude before i let loose A1's sac of used door knobs on your face Quote

e_jacob77 Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 Hi all, I am sooooooo sorry for the confusion...What I meant to do was get the ball rolling on the yammie toys, the 1/100 ones.......The custom work to mod a variable vf-0a into a D model, again a single seater would be ok for me.......Hope that clears things up a bit...........Now that I think about this bout how much do yous guys think a kit for something like this will cost???? Got any lineart as to how the tailfins fold when in gerwalk or battroid mode??? Quote
Zentrandude Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 ill let what jacob said soak in your head. when people talk about vf-0d and mod they usualy mean mod the valk into the d model since its the better looking of the ugly vf-0 series even when he got it the wrong way. still yammy make a d version i know they would make some serious bling. also i will defend people from other people who make smartass remarks like shouldnt this be in or if you dont feel like kitbashing anything.you could just buy the vf-0a kit. e_jacob77 Posted October 18, 2004 Author Posted October 18, 2004 HI all, LOL!!!! The vf-0 in MY opionion is not ugly, in fact for being a test bed for the vf-1 I think the lack of tech going in is ironic but still not all that bad a lookin valk.... Quote

I misunderstood, so thats MY mistake but I dont see whats YOUR problem with me. I was not intentionally making "smartass" remarks and having an "attitude" problem. you're getting more offended than jacob. so chill out. geez. lets put our petty arguments aside before we mess up jacob's thread anymore. AlphaHX Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 (edited) now back to the matter at hand... first off e_jacob77, the yammie toy is of the "VF-0S" not the "VF-0A" whoever is going to do this will definitely have their work cut out for them. theres already a lot of changes (not including the two seats as you mentioned) in fighter mode alone shown in my picture between the VF-0S and the VF-0D. the next step after that will be sculpting a whole new head.
