zeo-mare
it depends 1/144 or 1/100? i only collect 1/100 and they are on number 12, as for the quality some are quite good, the Astrays are very nice some of the older ones like the Strike and Freedom do not hold up very well compared to the newer kits specially when the MG version exists, i wish they would make a few of the Ginns or a few of the 1/100 Zakus from the Gundam Seed Destiny series Edited October 15, 2004 by zeo-mare

zeo-mare
1/144 naturally after i wrote all the other stuff for the 1/100 so far my experience has been mixed i had a few of the 1/144 kits and i was not very happy some require way to much painting to make look good and if you do not have the experience then they are not going to look good, i had the strike and freedom, now i have the MGs which are much nicer. connor99
Hey, JOEL, the only kits I have from the Gundam Seed series are the 1/100 and 1/144 Red Frames, so I can't make any comparisons between these and the most recent releases. Anyway, the kits in both scales look great (suprisingly enough for the 1/144!). The 1/100 version is obviously a lot more articulated. The 1/144 version, just like ZEO-MARE said, might take a little more finesse in having to paint and detail (darn thing's just too small!). But after having to detail it, I think it's good enough to give the 1/100 version a run for it's money. Druna Skass
I have the 1/100 Red Frame and Blue 2nd, they're very articulate for a HG kit, I can even make those two do the splits. I also have three Strikes they're pretty articulate but not on the level of the Astrays, they still look nice though, and they're certainly a lot better than the old Gundam Wing ones. I've also got a HG 1/144 Blue Frame, and the best way I can describe it is as a miniature version of the older SEED 1/100s.
