Does anyone know if the bandai VF-1S 1/55 Roy Focker (not the super valk) re-issue comes with the skull leader heat shield canopy?

Sorry to be anally retentive about this but is the heatshield in the re-issue black with the skull leader insignia? I just want to be sure the thing is what I expect becuase I'm planning on buying one.
