Grayson72 Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 Hey produce away, I'll buy two of everything, except for that gunpod idea, sorry I think that's just stupid IMO. Quote
flash Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 You know, I didn't look at it that way. You're right tho, when I stop to consider it as a "garage" kit, and very limited, it does make more sense. Wow, thanks for opening my eyes guys, I wasn't thinking right I would love to see a thunder hammers kit, that would be worth the money, knowing there's nothing else like it. Brad Quote

Brad LOL...don't thank us buddy...really...you see we are all very sick...the fact we can all rationalize $100 or more for a small plastic model is reasonable is a sign of how sick we are! Ahh well...Im just a big kid at heart. "Fish are friends, not food...." Edited September 25, 2004 by Myersjessee Quote

You make a really nice detailed kit or toy, give us the price... and we'll make up the need for it. Just make sure you can make us think it's worth it. Quote
mbs357 Posted September 25, 2004 Posted September 25, 2004 I'm wondering why nobody likes this gunpod?http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/models.../im1311-99b.jpg What caliber is it? =p Seriously though, does it shoot those 6mm BBs? That'd be neat. Even neater if it was really full auto and full function multi barrel. Quote
Macross_Fanboy Posted September 26, 2004 Posted September 26, 2004 Is that human-sized gunpod gonna shoot something? Quote
guncross2 Posted September 26, 2004 Posted September 26, 2004 yes it shoot plastic rounds stored in the mag, had one when I was a kid my bro destroyed it, that stupid idiot. Quote
wwwmwww Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 (edited) I just spotted this here in the forums: How about after the VF-1 booster we get a YF-19 booster? Anyone else have any pictures of this. I don't think I've seen it before. Carl Edited September 28, 2004 by wwwmwww Quote
wm cheng Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe thats canon. It looks like someone photoshoped some atlas-like launch vehicle to the top & bottom of the YF-19. Quote
Roy's Blues Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 GU-11 !!! Airsoft mod to follow shortly after! Quote
wwwmwww Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 (edited) Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe thats canon. It looks like someone photoshoped some atlas-like launch vehicle to the top & bottom of the YF-19. Well I first spotted it here: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...pic=10215&st=20 But with some digging (not much granted) I see it came from here: http://zip.4chan.org/m/imgboard.htm There someone states: Doppelgangsta !diVqEjJmi2 09/28/04(Tue)20:35 No.8509 Yeah, it's a shop. Teh YF-19 was only designed for fold-boosters. The "rockets" are shopped Atlases, someone tried to pass off the laser cannon opff as a mounting strut, and the landing gear don't really join to the booster. Q- for effort. Looks cool anyways but I didn't like the landing gear. Far too narrow a wheel base and the front gear atleast has no where to retract too. Oh well... that was a short lived idea. Are there canon boosters for any of the other Valks? Well aside from the VF-11. Carl Edited September 28, 2004 by wwwmwww Quote
Grayson72 Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 That image doesn't look like the cool drawing you posted earlier though, totally different rocket config. Quote
rocco_77 Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 I pushed the wrong button.... I wanted to vote for the VF-9!! Why 1/72 scale? Just easier to work with? 1/60 scale would be really sweet... Quote
