HK BOOTLEG DVD QUESTION

I used to know of website where they reviewed the quality of the HK boots for dvds out there(subtitling, video quality etc). Does anyone know a good website where you can see ratings of that kind so prospective buyers could have an idea before buying?

here is an easier way. Fly to Shanghai where they are literally 1 dollar a disc. Buy a whole butt load and then some. Come back to the US, Watch them and review them yourself. haha
