Armor Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 Well... going to start another one. Should I take pics or are you all sick of seeing my prodjects now? I think this one going to be heavily wheatherd. I like the look of thruster build-up too. Quote
Ignacio Ocamica Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 Yes please!!! Take enough pictures, It's always refreshing to see other projects. Quote
Skippy438 Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 just make sure it looks good in MS and Waverider modes Quote
Armor Posted September 6, 2004 Author Posted September 6, 2004 This will be the first PG that I didn't repaint the skelaton. I'll be doing all the wheathering on the panels later. Quote
Armor Posted September 6, 2004 Author Posted September 6, 2004 When I started put the armor on I thought it was going to look stupid. But I think it looks real cool now. I hate that new look paint about it...I'll take care of that late. Quote
Kin Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 (edited) That looks awesome! I like detailed kits! Are thsoe fingers metalwired? Edited September 7, 2004 by Kin Quote

rikiryou Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 That looks awesome! I like detailed kits! Are thsoe fingers metalwired? Not unless he re-did the fingers. They come pre-assembled and are individually jointed. Quote
Armor Posted September 7, 2004 Author Posted September 7, 2004 The fingers are as is. I just repainted them Quote
Armor Posted September 7, 2004 Author Posted September 7, 2004 Cool, glad to here you guys like all my postings. Indeed I will keep them coming. Thanks. Quote
renegadeleader1 Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 Hey Armor don't forget when its done to snap a pic of it doing the stone cold salute! Quote
Kin Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 I like the paintjob. But what are you actually planning to do with the paintscheme? Do you want it solid as it is now or do you want it to have some dirt/shadow on the edges? Quote
zeo-mare Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 great work you should have painted this one it the Titans scheme like you did the Strike it would have looked even better, there actually a few Titans Zeta toys out and they looked great, keep up the good work chris Quote
Armor Posted September 8, 2004 Author Posted September 8, 2004 (edited) I thought I would have the legs done but... Daddy duty was calling. Edited September 8, 2004 by Armor Quote
Armor Posted September 8, 2004 Author Posted September 8, 2004 I took these to shot. Hard to do with ababby in your arms. Hey zeo all the dark parts of the wings are Titan color. Quote
Armor Posted September 8, 2004 Author Posted September 8, 2004 As slick as I think he's going to look nice and clean. He's going to look well use. It's the battles man, I can't help if he's a fight machine. lol Quote
zeo-mare Posted September 8, 2004 Posted September 8, 2004 hi actually there is a full Titans version that has no white on it it is just like the MK II Titan and the Strike you did alittle while back. i have yet to see anyone do it in that color scheme and it looks quite nice Quote
Etrigan Posted September 8, 2004 Posted September 8, 2004 Looking good. As a note, I don't post often here but do enjoy your workups. So keep in mind that while you may not get a lot of replies, us lurkers are still reading; and we thank you for your efforts. Quote

Armor Posted September 9, 2004 Author Posted September 9, 2004 I can't wait to get this thing into fighter mode...or Wave Runner or Rider or what ever it's called. Quote
Hikuro Posted September 9, 2004 Posted September 9, 2004 Make sure to let us know if it can transform well without falling apart midway or something. Quote
Anubis Posted September 9, 2004 Posted September 9, 2004 I can't wait to get this thing into fighter mode...or Wave Runner or Rider or what ever it's called. Should be easy enough to transform it to Wave Rider from looking at the instructions. I haven't had the drive or courage to try it on mine though yet. Also, if you have a PG Zaku or get one, get some Zeta Zaku pics. I can't since I put the PG Zaku idea on the shelf for now. Money and space killed that plan. Quote
Armor Posted September 11, 2004 Author Posted September 11, 2004 Ok. I've got mixed feelings about this one. In robot mode he's ok. The hip point stinks. All he can do is stand strait up. The legs are to close together. And he looks like poidexter. When I started to change him the leg fell out of the hip joint. When it was in figter mode it was like holding a big wet sponge. It just saged. But I looked more closely at the ship and saw two support pieces that came out and BAMB. The Wave Ship looks real cool. The next set of pic after these will be well wheatherd. Quote
Armor Posted September 11, 2004 Author Posted September 11, 2004 I would like to say that I love this thing. The decals are starting to look real good. I'll be keeping him in Wave Rider for sure. I had to go back in the wings to get the lights to work . I would lean toward saying that it is worth the money. Quote
Pat S Posted September 12, 2004 Posted September 12, 2004 (edited) If the loose joints are ball socket type, try putting some electrical tape around the ball, and see if it helps. This worked for me on the amdriver toys, which are much smaller of course. My PG Zeta is a little loose, but not a "wet sponge" Edited September 12, 2004 by Pat S Quote
