not exactly toys but the truth is i play with my 'models' more than yamato toys so i think of them as toys that require assembly. It's the Hasegawa 1/72 Battroid fighting for his life against Bandai 1/100 Officer Pod Glaug. It's too bad I couldn't find the Pod kit in scale. It's not finished (and not my best work either since I put it together in 2 days) but I just can't wait to take some pics of the two of them together. I think it'd be cool if the showdown really happend in Macross- wacha think?? :)

not bad but for it to be hand to hand they are not suposed to use the guns on each other and both sides must have hands. at bare minium it would be hand to giant gun used as a club.

Uh oh, I hope Harmony Gold doesn't see that post.

"VF-A1? Quick, get some guys researching the VF-A1 NOW! I want to see pictures and statistics on our website and I want to see it in our next comic issue!"

*edit* On second thought, maybe they'll concentrate so hard on finding it that they'll forget about running the business and go belly up.....yea.....

Great looking models!

Good job! I like the 2nd to last best, because the perspective helps hide the scale difference and you see a lot of detail on both figures.

Two suggestions: (1) Light--you need lots of it. (2) In combination with the above, try reducing the aperture so that you get a deeper depth of field. That way both figures will be in focus, which not only looks nice but is also more "realistic".
