mech9T8 Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 Has anyone taken a 1/60 (VF-1A Max or Hikaru specifically) and modified it so that it could accept fast packs? Any DIY links out there? Quote
nemesis120 Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 I don't know if anyone has done it for the leg pieces, but I know someone's done it for a CF (so just the backpack). Quote
baronv Posted August 5, 2004 Posted August 5, 2004 There we're some topics on it a few months back, I was looking for it as well and I remember people stating drilling hols on the top and sides of the legs so it could accept the notches for the FAST packs. Quote

MacrossJoe Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 Check out this topic. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=9408&hl= I posted it a while back and got some good advice from the people here. I was able to mod my 1a max without any major problems. Now's it is wearing my vf1j fast pack and looking pretty bad ass. Quote
Kamui 777 Posted August 7, 2004 Posted August 7, 2004 I've done it, but what I pretty much did was take an extra Strike VF-1S Roy and combined parts to make a Super VF-1A. Quote
