  3. Presenting the thread dedicated to Bandai's high-end action figure lines: S.H. Figuarts S.H. Figuarts is Bandai's answer to Kaiyodo's Revoltech and Max Factory's Figma lines, with figures that boast extreme detail and poseability, coupled with a vast array of features and accessories. The line consists mainly of Kamen Rider and Super Sentai figures, but there are also figures for anime characters from Dragon Ball, One Piece, Tiger & Bunny and Doraemon, as well as Hollywood blockbusters like Star Wars and the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Here's an example: Juzo Fuwa from Samurai Sentai Shinkenger (a.k.a. Deker from Power Rangers Samurai), a Tamashii Web exclusive: The line also includes S.H. Figuarts Zero which consists of non-poseable anime statues that are well-detailed. Here's Himura Kenshin from Rurouni Kenshin: D-Arts D-Arts focuses on video game characters, as well as the Digimon series. The D-Arts line was dropped after 2014, with newer video game character figures being released under the S.H. Figuarts line. Here are Rockman X (MegaMan X) and Rockman Zero (MegaMan Zero) (1st Version): S.H. MonsterArts S.H. MonsterArts is for the kaiju fan who demands a lot of detail and poseability that normal monster figures lack. Here's Godzilla: Ultra-Act Ultra-Act is for hardcore fans of the Ultraman series, as well as Tsuburaya Productions' other works. Here's Ultraman: Post your collection here.

  6. Pre Vizsla's voice actor is helming a project set between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, and nothing has been said thus far about excluding Sabine Wren! The project was first announced last November, Favreau was announced as the writer in March, and this week we learned the title and premise and got our first image of the titular gunfighter. https://www.theverge.com/2018/10/3/17934746/star-wars-jon-favreau-live-action-disney-show-the-mandalorian https://www.ign.com/articles/2018/10/04/star-wars-first-photo-from-the-mandalorian-revealed

  9. Original prototype ROTJ buttons. From the 1983 Return of the Jedi button line. Bought from two different ebay sellers. If they were fake. I would not have bought them.

  13. Well, I was watching Cartoon Network last night and on came a commercial for Star Wars: Clone wars. I was like, that looks dope!!! Anybody seen this commercial yet? Or anybody have any more info on this? Man , I've been waiting for a star wars cartoon to come out again for like ever now. I wonder if jango fett is going to be in this or at least I hope so. Or maybe it takes place after the second movie? Anybody? This is all I found: Clone Wars

  15. Since Clone Wars is coming to an end, we're getting a replacement. http://starwars.com/news/new-animated-series-star-wars-rebels-coming-fall-2014.html And because title, I have to throw in the obligatory clip (Sorry, cleanest copy I could find in a hurry on YT). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPqpuwVqlrs
  16. Has this been posted? I search and found Clone Wars and Rebels topics, but no topic for the new series. Anyway, here's the teaser for those who haven't seen it yet. The racing angle reminds me of something else I've read about here... wish I could remember what it was... The art is taking a different direction from previous SW animated releases. The shading kind of reminds me of that used in TRON: Uprising. As an unrelated aside, remembering TRON: Uprising brought on a bit of melancholy since that story was never finished on screen. I hope this show has longer legs.
  17. I never liked much the static models for the dark side. So I get one, build it and then destroyed part of it to do this:
  18. The as of yet untitled Episode 8 is written and directed by Rian Johnson, and slated for release December 15, 2017. DAYS UNTIL STAR WARS: EPISODE VIII Lots of news on the next film in the new trilogy: The release date has been pushed back from May 2017 to December 2017. $$$$ Rian Johnson is revising his script, in what is said to be a move to reduce the role of further new characters and focus more on the trio introduced in TFA. Principle photography was set to begin in the next few weeks (end of January 2016), but has been delayed until February 2016 because of the script revision. Some filming with Hamill and Ridley was done on Skellig Michael island in fall 2015. Word is they will not be returning to the island due to the difficulty in shooting there, and they will pick up shots elsewhere and on a soundstage for further scenes on the island. Whatever they needed for physical continuity was gotten this past fall.
