It's a concept design by a student at Munich University of Applied Sciences. In the Lamborghini tradition, the concept car is named "Ankonian", after a bull known for its black hair. Since Lamborghini has promoted its cars in the last two Batman films, perhaps the company should look at this design and use it for The Dark Knight Rises.
