War for the Planet of the Apes is the third film in the current Planet of the Apes film series, following the critically acclaimed 2014 film Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Matt Reeves (Cloverfield, Let Me In) returns to the director's chair on this project; he will also co-write the screenplay with Matt Bomback (Live Free or Die Hard, The Wolverine). Since it's the continuing saga of Caesar and his tribe, there's no doubt that Andy Serkis (Klaue in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain Haddock in The Adventures of Tintin) will reprise his motion capture performance. Did a search and found no thread for this film yet. After Rise of the Planet of the Apes,which was imo a great take on the franchise the sequel is shaping up to be one awesome looking film.
