Cregg in The West Wing), and Steve Coogan (Octavius in Night at the Museum, Silas Ramsbottom in Despicable Me 2). The film is directed by series co-creator and Minion voice Pierre Coffin with Kyle Balda, and the screenplay is written by Bryan Lynch (Puss in Boots, Hop).
