    My "I wish they made a MG" list is endless. For starters, I hope they make some of the GM Variants of the late OYW like the Command or either of the sniper models.

    Also in accordance to the ruling, the names of the said characters have been changed to better suit western audiences. The galaxy fairy Sheryl Nome is now Elaine Smith. Any attempt to publicly state either verbally or in writing the previous name of the character will result in a $10,000 fine, jail time, and free membership in Robotech.com. Thank you.

    I'm loving Valkyria chronicles. The anime is good, but the game is like 1000% better! The English voice acting is also well above my expectation - Alicia sounds so chirpy, just want to give her a bit hug ! Brings back good memories from classic Turn based strategy games like X-Com and FF: Tactics. It's a shame the sequel will be on PSP. I hope a badass adult Hans makes an appearance as an armored pork vehicle. His weapon of destruction will be the biological agent H1N1.

    Ohh... that guy! Can't believe I missed that. The actor, Bolo Yeung, has played quite a few bad guys over the years including the main henchman from Enter the Dragon.

    I have a hard time seeing Kurtz from Apocalypse Now or the same character from Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness (from which the movie was so beautifully plagiarized) as being any sort of villain. In the original HOD, the search for Kurtz up the Congo was meant to illustrate the total incomprehension of European colonialists towards Africa - and hence that was the real villain of the tale. In the film, just replace Congo with Vietnam. ... and who is Chong Li?

    Tough question to answer, but I agree with a lot of the previous picks (except Gurren Lagan lol). I would add any work by Makoto Shinkai. They tend to be somewhat family friendly in a PG-13 kind of way: -5 centimeters per second - no scifi / giant mecha here, just an interesting story about human relationships and the concept of loss and time. -Voices of a Distant Star - sci/fi, allegorically at least -The Place Promised in Our Early Days - kinda sci/fi

    I smell a Le Pacte des Loups twist. Creature is actually some guy in a high-tech combat exoskeleton. The guy turns out to be.... Rambo himself! In the end, you are your own worst enemy, lame CG, explosions, etc etc

    Wouldn't it be great if the next Macross is 100% Mecha Musume (moe anthropomorphism) a la strike witches. Yes, it will unite all the heroines of all Macross series in out-of-canon setting where the only thing that can save a poor colony ship is a squadron of magical valkyrie girls! Oh, teh moe..... The show can feature: Misa VF-1A Milia VF-1J Mylene VF-11 Sheryl VF-25 Ranka VF-27

    I have just returned from the year 2013 in my magic time masheeeeeen. After we all had fun and a few drinks to commemorate the 2012 Mayan Zombie Atomic Apocalypse incident it was time for Macross' 30th anniversary. In the far future the legal status of Macross Distribution rights in NA has reached the US Supreme Court! In an epic majority opinion, Chief Justice Sonia Sotomayor delivered a truly magnificent 1 sentence opinion: "lol transforming planes."

    I also heard that a cigarette is referred to as a "fag" in the UK, which I guess jives with the bundle of sticks definition. And Crane in my mind is a fitting name for the flanker albeit not official

    It is said that Russian MIG-29 pilots actually liked the designation "Fulcrum." I'm not so sure about the MIG-15's name lol.... (It probably meant something else in 1950's lexicon).
