Nah,. You got it right one the spot. Its just that i'm a perfectionist in some sort of way, and if something isn't how its suppose to be, it bothers me..even if it is miniscul as those arrows lines. Maybe a sticker option and a pilot option would be nice to change the DYRL in SDF: Macross.

What do you think? It seems like everyone's main obsession is the 1/48's. BUt i think everyone should have something from every scale. I'm a person who buys the rare stuff that are hard to get. I was originally planning to get all the 1/55's but I don't think i will. too lazy, but i have the M&M, since those were rare. And the Low Viz was the first 1/48 i bought because I knew it was gonna be hard to find later. and for 1/60, i think i'm just gonna get the GBP armour when it comes out. i'm not a fan of the toynami valks, but i'd lke one, so i'm gonna get the archer veritech, just cuz its suppose to be limited production. I duno, that just me.. Oh and everyone should own a copy of DYRL.

I'm assuming that the skull leader thats out now is the only one we're gonna see. I wish yamato would like...have an option or something to turn our DYRL Skull leader's into SDF: Macross one's. And optional grey fokker pilot we can buy or something. It just doesn't seem like a complete collection if we don't see the TV Skull 1

I took me 1hr and 40min to get my yf-21 in gerwalk mode standing without it supported. Its tricky and you may want to throw it against the wall at times, but its satisfying once you get it you can get tips in the 'yet another review' for the yf-21. i might've broken something while doing it, so becareful.

Did they only make a GBP-1s gift set with the vf-1s only or did they make one with the vf-1j?

Is the DYRL Skull Leader and the SDF: Macross Skull leader the same color pattern and everything? if not, then what are the differences?

I was watching an episode of the 'robotech' series, i believe...the episode Paradise Lost and while the supply trucks were delivering, i saw a fast food place in the backround named "MAcross Nalds" i thought i was funny to see that. Anyone else picked up any random stuff.

using the gun strap won't let me use the gun in fighter mode, it gets in the way. so i just leave it off. i have 2 for my low viz, one strapped and the other not.

isn't this thing suppose to be HUDGE? like bigger than the VF-1 line? I would think, the bigger the more pricy because more material is used and such.

i don't have that much. I like my low viz, but i was never partial to the 1a head. Its all about the head shape to me, i always loved the 1s head. It looks very intimidating IMO. Out of my small modest collection, I always find myself holding my 11b FP version. I duno, I really like it in the fighter mode and it grew on me. the yf-21 looks very intimidating with the two guns. I wish i had more 1/48's

Does it come with sticker instructions? I only have the sheet and the transforming instructions, are you just supose to guess?

I"m 20. I think my gf thinks i'm gay for playing with toys, but she says its gives something to do, and its a hobby, so its okay. I remember watching RT when i was very young. Then it popped up once in a while in the 90s. Then in elemntry school my bro 'borrowed' some recoreded TV epidsodes of RT from a friend. It even had the 80's comercials and everything. Back then it was only the macross saga i had. So i lived off thsoe for a couple years. around 2000 or 1999 i discovered ebay and tried to buy valks and Mospeada cyclones (small ones) unsuccesful. too expensive, i settled for models that i never put together. I put together one, but it became an unpainted super glue nightmare. I stood on top of my dresser for a couple years, battle scared from super glue. and i think i threw it away. And also, around that time I knew that the bandau reissues and the 1/60s were out, but too expensive then when the dvd's came out, my sister bought them and i watched them (the RT ones). she bought me the new generation oens for my birthday 2 years ago. and then soon after, i found out the differece between macross and rt. Just a couple months ago, i browsed through ebay looking for mospeada toys randomly. bought a couple, but made some sad choices. I bought the smaller gakken jets. One was the small triple change crap and the ohter 2 were die cast metal 2 change ones. and i bought all three of those henshin robo deals. I ended up reselling all of them and lost alot of money. my first valks were the M and M bandais. Paid a pretty penny. And made some other bad choices. and lsot more money after reselling them. During this time I compared the 1/48 to the 1/55 and saw the beauty of it and decided to stick my head out and buy the low viz. I figured, i make my own money now so i can pay for it. love it. Right now, i focus ont he vintage hard to get items from matchbox. I would love to colelct more 1/48 right now, but bad finacial decisions regarding some toys, and my venture to buy the hard to get items do not permit me to. I have 1 1/48, invid shock tropper and scout. Each of the destroids, 2 being exo released and 4 being matchbox. 3 of those mint in box. smaller destroids (die case ones) each one loose, 4 MIB, one of those being the original taka release. I'm almost done a yamato m+ original colection (need the yf-19), taka conversion kit, m&m bandai, a battlepod (piece broken) and a VF-17s. I'm gettin in a M+ FP 11b and 21, MB diecast 3" Spartan MIB, another taka MIB and i plan to get more yamato's with the money i make during winter break and x-mas booty. my knowlege of macross grows every day with this site. It has become liquid crack to me. I'm an offical addict.

Any suggestions? From what i hear, the Sony's are overpriced for their performance... and also, I have a logitech wireless keyboard and mouse set up...is there a way to connect it to the laptop? Possily with a docking station? I know you can with the mouse and monitor, but i wasn't sure about the keyboard. thanks in advance.

Do you think the M+ FAST packs valks will have the same collectability as the M+ orginals? I'm debating whether or not to put stickers on them once i get them...i need some advice. I basically have the set of original M+ valks except for the YF-19 (which will be bought a lil later) and i keeping those in the box while i display the FAST pack versions...but it won't look the same without stickers.. some one HELP PLEASE.
