That's actually a 2-seater cockpit on the YF-29.

It would be better if the base is wall-mounted instead of resting on a shelf. =)

Even the magazine scan said that VF-25 and VF-29 shared common components, since they were both developed in parallel off the YF-24 test bed. It's a thinly veiled plan to use the new VF-29 die for an improved VF-25 DX.

According the magazine (newtype or HJ, I forget), VF-29 is based off YF-24 and developed in parallel with 25 and 27. That's why all three planes all came off the production line within a short timespan. In fact, 25 and 29 shared common components (aka toy-dies ) according to the magazine. Although some feedback fast pack from the 25 tornado mode was added (or integrated) to the finishing touch of 29 or something.

We got one of each at Namco today. Each bag of puffy sticks comes with 40 puff sticks, and a clear file. Also for our effort the staff gave us two sets of promo clear files and two prize bags. EDIT: Prize pictures added. Pictures of set 2, plus the fleece blanket prize we won.

The concept of the x-over bunny figure is pure win. I hope they release a similiar one with improved quality It's a shame that so much effort was put into the finger nails, hair, and details on the clothing, it's injustice what they did to her face.

Aaaah sorry! I was referring to December SQ Black X White bunny for the UFO machine. ^ The 1kuji Black bunny is actually much better than the SQ X-over bunny IMO. 1KUJI black bunny = Good! Dec UFO X-over bunny = meh!

Maybe it's just me calling sour grapes, but after the excitement of seeing the original concept art back in October last year, I was not impressed by how the face turned out for the Banpresto prize.

I swore never to order from HLJ due to their crap service on damaged goods. Glad I kept my oath.

They were shipped in a master carton which contains 4 units. So they are protected by two layers of heavy duty cardboard. But when we ordered 5 units, one unit was shipped by itself without the protection of the master carton. That's the unit I kept. =P
