funny, I also have sold off most of my 1/60 scale to make shelf space for my 1/48 macross. I also would of never bought all of those if I only knew............ I kept the: 1/60 ve-1,ostrich,vf-1d and the super vf1j,(these will go soon when the 1/48's get here!!!! all others had to go........... I have 18 1/48's 5 low viz 4 vf-1s roy (2 1st run, 2 reissue) 2 vf-1j's 4 vf-1a (1st,reissue)M,H 2 vf-1s H 1 vf-1j max looking forward to destroids,cf,ve-1,vf-1d,ostrich and milla. 1/48 big please after that I think I'm going stop for a while m-zero doesn't get me going?

just thought I would get some input on this? I thought that if it is going to happen we would be seeing something about it soon? I also am curious about how many people have held off and are waiting to see if the M&M will follow the first 1/48 VF-J(non-fastpack)before buying if they are interested at all?

I'm a big fan of the DYRL and the tv series, but all of the other valks from plus and 7 ect just don't get the collector in me going, although I can admire the design, but! I would buy any and all from the first two metioned and am hoping for the destroids in 1/48 scale and 1/60 for the rest of the enemy mech. I'm kinda thinking that after seeing what yamato offers as far as other toy lines Macross is the soul of the company, So I can't imagine them quiting until the blood is sucked from the t-bone

thanks guys for the comments! I have been a photshop user since version one, smoke is indeed done using the opacity and blur tool w/ a build up process then I apply the doge and burn tool with a over all burn of the image the damage is applyed using my nifty design skills!! the main reason I do these is to practice for my reality based job I'm a Animator/Designer specializing in intros and fx for video games and pilots of projects. Anyway I'll post more soon.

they had images from LEGO(they said) of vf-1s and a cf looked really cool had a logo on the printout, said limited but I know it's easy to photoshop stuff so? I guess i would like to see this, but I am really not sure?

I don't think it's true but this weekend there was alot of debating it at a local hobby/comic shop out here,thought you all might know more? with the anniversary stuff floating around maybe? owell it would be cool if possible

I also wonder if they might produce the 4 smaller destroid/mecha? I would think that in 1/48 scale that the destroids would be about the same size as the vf's? besides the monster being to big for 1/48 but the others would be great, also would we ever see a fixed wing series from yamato from macross?

I'm thinking that a two seater variant wouldn't be difficult to produce? I would think that they could atleast get 4+ variants out of the mold? the D,OST,VT and a low viz or a custom from a fan ect. owell I guess time is the only true measure.

shadowerv2 sorry you are exactly the point of this topic, and the topic wasn't about the toys it was about the a-holes in this forum telling others what and how it works . if expressing a observation of action is wrong well, I guess we should just not hold back and just let the crap fly in this place! I guess I need to work on my communication skills because some missed the point. again opinions are not the same as slams... people here are reaching out to others with the same intrests and wanting to discuss topics related to the products, not get crap for posting topics that some might feel are a waste of time........does this make sense?

as a person who reads more than he posts I have noticed a trend around the toy forum over the last couple of months. lots more bitching, complaining and just rude opinions and comments, that sucks and I would hope that the people with the "important opinions" will remember that everybody has a right to express their intrest in the forum and although some go overboard it's all for the love of toys and this is why we are all here, right? also I think that if people can't remember not to use fowl words(robotech,f---,ect.)then they shouldn't post! just because it is a forum it doesn't mean that all parties express by posting or are even members, we have many viewers . if I was looking for a forum to join and read some of the negitive comments around here I would of joined Rt. and I suspect that happens daily around here! alot of great people come here and bring a great sense of community so anyway just remember why we come...............thanks
