    Well, since 3 and 4 are meant to be only 45 minutes each, it shouldn't be a problem. Calling 3 and 4 separate movies is like calling EoE two separate movies, since it's episodes 25' and 26'.

    Well, September 25 is a big day...we'll be getting Macross Ace #6, Macross the First Vol. 2, Macross Frontier: Secret Visions Vol. 1, and Macross Frontier: SMS Tales Vol. 1. Luckily (for me), that's also my payday.

    My favorites are the ones with Renato holding covering Sheryl and Ranka with the DYRL poster, a howl of defiance against THE MAN shoving Frontier down our collective throat! Who knows what chaos would've ensued had he possessed a can of spray paint that day? EDIT: I'd also like to point out that Renato is wearing one of the awesomest shirts in existence.

    That's the one! Actually...I don't know how Yoshinol got started. I joined the old boards in...summer 2001...? I think...? By that time, it was either already part of MW-speak, or else I simply missed the debut of it.

    True...but the first half of The Island was definitely "inspired" by Logan's Run. The Island itself would probably make a good episode of MST3K, now that I think about it... Maybe Rifftrax will do something with it.

    True...but think about it. It's Friday night, you've had an exhausting week, and couple of similarly-exhausted friends are coming over for a few beers and a laugh or two. You head to your neighborhood video store (or whatever you use to get movies these days) to pick up something to watch. Which are you going to go for, The Seventh Seal, directed by Ingmar Bergman, widely hailed as one of the greatest movies ever made, a stirring meditation on death and mortality that will force you to ponder numerous weighty philosophical questions? Or will you go for Piranha Beach Party, which "contains graphic violence, adult language and situations, smoking, and nudity - all involving teens"? Be honest...
