  1. Tristan- Zeta Lancelot Mordred- I don't know, but it's gotta be from G Gundam Lancelot- A cross between Gundam and Unicorn Gundam I don't much care for any of the rebel units. I love the Glasgow-derivatives. IE The Sutherland, Burai, and Gloucester. It goes without saying that I like the Glasgow. And, Mike, you got most of it. You forgot that it was also about everyone getting either a weird-ass name or a number. Lelouch -Weird name an 11- number CC -Weird name that includes a number
  2. Gotta love the Japanese.
  3. I'd be happy assuming that the level below the city level is for energy transfer from the reactor in the body to the engines in the legs. I'd also be happy chalking this up to the 1st (Chronologically speaking) use of anime magic in Macross. The second is the VF-4, etc.
  4. Actually, as early as episode 2, we see CF-25s. Several of them. I mean a lot. Of course, not as many as ep25, but...
  5. Consensus weighs in: Thrust needs to be centralized. And, in space, you lose thrust in one engine when they're that separate, you die.
  6. Right. Added for future reference
  7. This is way too overhyped. So far, in America, at least, there has been 1 death, and it was a little 2-year old who had gotten it in Mexico, lived in Mexico, and was rushed for treatment in a North Texas hospital. The flu has been here, it's estimated, for 2 weeks. Every week, 800 people, in America alone, die of the normal flu. Further, the flu is a virus that does not survive well in the coming conditions of summer. (Note that I know the Aussies are soon to face winter) Everyone's freaking out about this. Just... Don't go near any infected people with a compromised immune system and you'll be fine. As long as you're healthy and not in North Texas (Pity me?), you're fine.
  8. Code Geass Type 10R Burai, done in Lego... ON THE PC! Current progress: Front Left Top Isometric Has 11 current points of articulation. When complete, will have 27 points of articulation. Features ejectable cockpit block, full cockpit in minifig scale with sliding pilot seat, landspinners, and full articulation without the use of ball joints. (The lack of ball joints accounts for many of the articulation points. 2 per shoulder, hip, and ankle) I don't much care for Code Geass, but I love the cannon fodder units. The Burai, Glasgow, and Sutherland are pretty cool. Also, I wouldn't mind having a 16-foot tall smallish giant robot to rampage with.
  9. Okay, if it's for a model, go with a flatter color. Don't gloss it. Gloss is bad for camouflage purposes, the whole reason fighters are painted the way they are. It just makes it harder to see. If it's shiny, it sticks out. And why not build models?
  10. Gunpod is too far forward. Would be under the head unit, should the head unit be attached. Also, the upper legs appear to blend directly with the mesh of the lower legs. Are they separate pieces or are they undivided as of yet?
  11. Perhaps, but in a situation where maneuverability is controlled by vernier thrusters in a vacuum and 0G environment, this is not necessary, although possibly useful in atmospheric conditions. Instead, keep the nozzles as close as possible to the midpoint. Keeping thrust in the middle allows for improved acceleration capabilities.
  12. 300 meter height is not a valid figure in this case. 300m is the height from Lowest point to highest antenna, not the height inside the legs. I don't see why we can't just write it off as being anime magic. The Gundam fans would be fine with that and their blatant space issues. (Ahem, White Base and Archangel)
  13. Your son is awesome. Tell him the crazy dude from the internet proclaims it as truth. That reminds me of how often I randomly scream "Ore uta no kike!" and sing Totsugeki! Love Heart.
  14. Go for... Gunship Grey. You can NEVER go wrong with Gunship Grey. If you want white, find a non-gloss white.
  15. If it happens, I may OD on 0Ds. Bad pun, I know.
  16. Am I the only one who wants the VF-1?
  17. No, the awesome was so pressurized in that bridge, he Gulded. (That is to say, his eyes popped.)
  18. Fan Racer? Peh. Fail Racer's more like it.
  19. Too bad. By the by, your sig: balls were tripped.
  20. Fine. I'll leave you to your knowlegde. I'll remember to read my signature before I say anything.
  21. This may turn out very helpful. So far, my only copyright issue has been overturned due to Fair Use policies (I used Tiny Tim's "Livin' in the Sunlight" for a video I did for school.). Thank you, tech classes, for teaching me copyright law!
  22. Ahem "ME GRIMLOCK, KICK POLLEN ASS!"
  23. Well... Star Destroyer has 5 and Executor Dreadnought has 13 I was just about to say CR90.
  24. I see the tactic being the use of the short-range AIM-9 to make the MiG afterburn his way out ahead so the AMRAAM could get him; an assured kill, either way.
  25. Almost too smooth... Little pet peeve of mine. Can we get some sharper corners?
