  1. This is why I'm never having kids. I can't take that risk!
  2. Again, with the panties! Dammit, Underwear is not necessary, whatever gods control this!
  3. "Yakk Deculture!" -Random Zentraedi
  4. Brings a new meaning to "I need a HERO!"
  5. Whoo... *Passes out* Damn, that's small.
  6. YSFlight OpenGL (The best graphics version. Comes installed ith YSFlight 2000) does in fact have an oline mode. It supports PVP as well. IAD, I see what you mean. It's a bit against the laws of lift, in that lift prevents a rock-drop nosedive without stalling first.* Cobra to Stalldive is essentially the opposite of that, in that the pilot pulls up into a Cobra, cuts the engines, flips over backward, and rides the plane back down. The flip you're talking about, lift permitting, would freakin' own. What is that, a Rock-drop, half-Coben? Hmm, I can't think of the names of those now. *Unless you have canards. Does your 51 have canards (Mobile ones)?
  7. And more fuel for my fire: 1/48 FTW!
  8. There's a difference between bump and necro. Bumping something is within a few weeks, maybe months. But this has been dead for years. That's a necro. I'm willing to accept "Any news?" but this was "I want one too". That's not a proper bump, in and of itself. It's a little different in fan works, because everyone can contribute what they've made. I will say, though, that this is interesting, and I never woulda seen it on my own.
  9. I just replaced my front door, so I got Great Stuff, but where would I find Bondo? I'm a little new to making cosplay props out of stuff that isn't PVC Pipe, Cardboard, duck tape, and coat hangers. Hehe Wait... Would that really work for a paintball helmet? There's a plethora of tiny holes (For air) in the top and side of the helmet. They run about 1/8 inch wide, 1/6" long, and about 1/16" deep... I don't think that would be effective. I think maybe a single cover over the holes would be best. I'm gonna have to brainstorm more ideas. That would work if it were a bike helmet (Which I'd use, if I could afford the extra $35 to buy one. I already have a trashed PB helmet), but it's for paintball. Thin-ass plastic. Thanks, anyway.
  10. I want the TV Kakizaki! And the TV Max, and the TV CF and DYRL? CF and Max 1S... All in 1/48!
  11. Welcome to MW! Now, please, refrain from necroing too much... Unless it's on Fan Works, then it's a good thing. This probably died in 05, due to lack of interest or a change in plans by th manufacturer. I'm no mod, but I know people don't much like it. As they say though, there are always fans of X. Not everyone hates X. AmIright?
  12. Here's the MSPainted version of what you gave me, 505th. Not so great, but it should suffice.
  13. Looking at the helmet in this: picture, it seems I have a bunch of hacking to do to my paintball helmet. It's kinda close to the closed design, but I'm gonna go for open, so... GRAB THE DREMEL! Hooray for soft, dremel-appropriate plastics. I'm gonna need 3 cans of spray paint remover(Was already used for a scout trooper cosplay... A LEGO scout trooper cosplay. And paint, hastily applied, remains in its horrid consistency.), 3 cans of spray primer, gray paint, black paint, navy blue, and I'm gonna need plastic, FG, or cardboard for the blue whatchits. Honestly, I'm glad it was just a $25 helmet. Anyone got any ideas as to how to fill the holes (Plethora of them in the helmet, as it IS a paintball helmet) efficiently and cheaply? I've got all the logistics except that for the helmet.
  14. Everything helps, although I had already started coloring the Grayscale image you gave me with a pic from Robotech.com for color reference... In Paint... Little-known fact: Roy Fokker and Roy Focker wore the exact same type of flight suit. More color reference! Yay! If I find any good Shin Kudo, I'll send it your way. Not that I'll likely find anything you don't already have
  15. Firstly, I must point out that it's not the best I've ever seen. However, it's still damn good. If my lego collection weren't truncated so horribly ATM, I'd likely have a good SDF-1 (And I saw a micro SDF-1 somewhere) up, maybe even a Monster. (Which, in my opinion is the only Macross mech I think Bandai should be allowed to make, since it is chunky by design.) But, it's split up so bad... Hell, if I had my collection, I'd be asking for instructions right now.
  16. That's a crazy name... Now, we need a WORKING single-engine
  17. Well, thank you, kindly! I now have a chance at this. Now, to find the color pattern... I can't get much from the uniform, as it pertains minimally to the flightsuit. If Hik can point out where the colors go, (Actually, now I think of it, it might be in the OP... I hope so.) I can get started. Wish it were bigger... Or Scaleable... Well, something's better than nothing. Again, 505th, Thanks.
  18. Well, not all girls are big enough (Either way) to strap on a super pack... I mean, Klan only did it because the massive weight in front balanced the heavy super pack!
  19. Never heard that one, but I know in 20 or 21, when the Vajra were attacking, Luca kept talking about "...Canalia's Fold Wave Amp!" I think that's probably a device with fold quartz in it, designed to boost fold waves, similar to a fold generator, but slightly different in its fold wave input system. IE, a microphone-type device, instead of something more... Ship-grade... I'm pretty sure the speaker pods on the G were just modified airshow pods; speakers to be used at airshows for various purposes with decorative lights added, modified concert pods; concert speakers modified to attach to a VF-25's underwing hardpoint, or we could go Minmay or something and say that they're designed explicitly for such things. Perhaps, they're just speakers for concerts, attachable to a VF for the added awe of a giant-robot-plane at the concert, similar to the whole Ex-Gear fiasco. So, they're probably just speakers. Speakers that run on the same principles as in real life.
  20. I do!
  21. Mass-Produced custom SV-51: On my list now! The Zentraedi need more love. All they got's a few crappy Q-raus.... Not even a Regult or Gnerl. Here's the perfect move for Yamato: PRICE CUTS! PRICE CUTS! Here at Crazy Yamato's, we got 1/60s, 1/48s, and even 1/100s! Look at this here beaut'! 2007 1/48 VF-1S 25th Anniversary! Slightly used, she went for durn near $200 at the time of her release! Now, she's acclaimed to $150! But if you come now, we'll give her to ya fer just $99.99! Come to Crazy Yamato's, where the prices are CRAZY low! *Fires two pistols in the air* How's that for a cliche?
  22. Oh, yes. I love, also, Stephen Chao's minis. They're awesome. Steve Vernava gets incredible points for having a super-accurate, super-large PT VF-1, even though he never got the legs done. I mean, that thing is... DAMN! Also, I agree about the 1 and 4.
  23. Something tells me Ozma doesn't much like it when Ranka is cross-referenced to a Koenig. I mean, we all remember Canalia's noseart. Now this? Ozma's getting sick of little sister being whored out like that.... However, the rest of us are lovin' it!
  24. Well, I just don't have enough reference as to what Roy's suit looks like in the first place. I figure if this whole Macross Cosplay thing doesn't work out, I'll throw together a Kamina outfit and get thrown out of A-Kon for public indecency. Maybe get tried for 3rd degree murder (Causing someone to commit suicide falls there, I believe) Well, Isamu, you win. It seems you get the cosplay.
  25. Holy $#!7, variable F-16! Ok, so, I'ma say the only way that can work is VF-22 style. Engine can't be the legs. Unless it's 2 engines in a single, underslung housing (Rafale, Typhoon, Etc), but they'd have to be incredibly small... Single-Engine VF doesn't like to work. It'd take SK to figure that one out... Anime, I know the whole VFX/XVF Part, I didn't get why it was called the Galland. Thanks for the speculation as to that, though.
