  1. If your going that route with bulk and meanness. I would say Vin Diesel would be better than the Rock. He's better at playing a darker character and might pull off being a newspaper reporter better as well. Really, I would be hard pressed to see either those guys having a desk job. I agree that the current cast will be ok too. At least Vin played a stockbroker once, an evil one at that.
  2. Don't really understand the attraction to classics jetfire. I think the titanium jetfire was on a better path to getting a cooler modern jetfire. They both are pretty bad, but if they were going to do a masterpiece jetfire of either, I would rather they go with titanium. It's alt mode is cooler and in some ways more accurate to skyfire's alt mode, if they could reduce that belly kibble ofcourse.
  3. Wondering if the silencer and the stock will be offered later as new package like they did with prime and his trailer.
  4. The only thing that I have any real issue with on the megatron scupt is the helmet. The forehead is a bit too tall and it should have a slope to the sides.
  5. I tried to submit for the $100 deal, but the webserver bumped me off. I'm sure amazon got slammed with order. Within a minute it responsed finally saying it was sold out.
  6. I had hoped Bronsen would of brought more of the Remington Steele Character into Bond, but he turned out to be a bit dry for me. I enjoyed Craig's 007 characterization more, probably cause I had no expectations. The chase scene in the beginning will be pretty hard to top, I was getting acrophobia trying to watch it on the big screen.
  7. LOL! Didn't notice that either. Found that pic on wikipedia.
  8. Wasn't there some pics out there showing the size of the macross with the rest of megaroads?
  9. I agree with Batte 7 and 13, but I would like to see the ASS-1 and the Megaroad-01 in the same scale also. Sheesh, City7 would be a monster for sure. A TV macross with this kind of detail would be sweet too.
  10. I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but my biggest gripe with Christensen as Vader is thier lack of making Christensen not talk with an accent like Jame Earl Jones. Not sure what accent is suppose to be exactly, slightly British maybe. The deep voice is could be explained as a mechanical or injury issue.
  11. If I'm not totally off, The VF-4G is the realistic transforming version of the VF-4, The "G" came onto the scene after the VF-X videogame. The biggest differences are the wing sizes and rear thrust vectoring nozzles.
  12. Yeah, this just really bothers me. And it really disrespects the original actor that played Anakin of a good cameo in his own movie.
  13. I'm really surprised that Tracks isn't a 2005 Corvette C6. The C5 is gonna go outta style pretty soon.
  14. How about a Hummer H3T for good ole Kup?
  15. I guess he would be about Karl Malone's size (slightly taller), assuming that animated TV is the opposite of live action TV in that is make you look skinnier . He could definiely knock out Guld any day of the week.
  16. What's funny is if you compute in Roy's mass (118Kg or 260.1 lbs) with his height (about 7' 1") his BMI is 25.3 or slightly overweight! I always thought that guy was a beanpole.
  17. Yes, yes it would be. Yeah, our local theatre serves sandwiches, pizza, beer and cake. And Spaghetti when they show the old Italian Westerns.
  18. I'm wondering if the YF-23 will see the light of day sometime, kind of like the F-16 vs. F-18 competition decades ago, where the F-16 was chosen for AF instead of the hornet.
  19. Valkyrie, Is there any possibility of anyone creating some decals (waterslide or whatever). Are you using just the Hasagawa VF-1 decals with yours?
  20. Just saw one of the old BSG episodes. Everytime they click the "Turbo" button on the joystick to leave a launch tube or create some afterburn, really cracks me up. Some of the stuff was pretty silly. Edit- I use to think that was so cool when I was a kid.
  21. Yeah the new re-issue (stripes included) is definitely the Starscream from the Movie and TV. The classic toy design SS is pictured in the old comics and the box art. Just wish they would have made his face grey and reduced the eyeball paint.
  22. Jada Pinkett Smith would of been a good choice. She was a badass in the matrix, especially with the shades. What is up with that dumbass helmet in the pic, would of been better to have a full face helmet with a black shield.
  23. The Martha Focker line in the movie was pretty funny.
  24. I'm surprised GI Joe is not on this list, war toys don't exactly promote non-violence.
  25. Keith makes some good points. First, the new hero may be related to the little girl they call "last exile", what was up with that? Second, the Ws explained that in the original script the humans were used as a mass computing device instead of a powersource. That would make more sense to me here, since it's obvious that the machines can come up with alternative sources of power, they needed the humans as a source of consciousness or a connection to life. That would make the whole soul thing make sense. It is disappointing that they continued to talk in riddles in this movie instead of simply tying things up, but it was fun to see it at the IMAX (and for free! ) .
