Thanks bro. I decided i'll still get him anyway. By the way, did you just build it or did you do some panel lining, painting, etc? Am just planning on a straight build as I don't have the time nor the experience. How long do you think it will take for just a snap build?

many thanks bro. the reason i am interested in this particular model is more of nostalgia than anything. wing was the first gundam series that i watched. my wife also likes the angelic appearance of the Ka that i have and i know she'll like this more and i don't have to ask her twice about getting this. (good thing i don't have the MG version. the Ka didn't have any articulation in the wings so i think i'll like this PG.) anyway, thanks a lot for the heads up. at least i'll know what to watch out if i do decide to get it. i don't think i'll have any problem with the shoulders as i prefer displaying my gundams only with swords, except for the doms which really look better with the bazookas. i particularly like the kneeling pose in dalong and i intend to permanently display it as such. with regards to the proportion, i don't find it stubby. one other thing bro, can it be posed standing without the wings touching the ground? i think the reason why they made the hips and waist heavy is to compensate for the heavy wings by bring the center of gravity nearer to the body.

thanks for the feedback bro. do you mean its that bad that you had to put it back in the box? but aren't PG's supposed to be heavy? and what do you mean by "not just the wings"? are there no redeeming qualities? really appreciate your response bro. am still debating if i'll be getting this. anybody with positive feedback?

anybody here have a PG wing zero? am thinking of getting this. the only negative review i've read is that the wings are so heavy, making posing difficult. anyway, on a related note, does anybody here build gundams the same way i do? i build both pairs of arms or legs simultaneously. i think it's faster that way.

I want this in 1/2000. Anything smaller than this will lose it's awesomeness. And for those without enough space, they can just leave it in robot mode. If it can cut shipping costs, maybe yamato can make the arms removable and have it stowed below the main ship.

So does it have a big cigar?

I think your son will want it to be transformable. Just get him some of the newer transformers. or maybe a masterpiece seeker. I heard they're quite sturdy. As Pete said, macross ain't for kids. It's for childish grown-ups.

I think this is similar to the "MASS PRODUCTIVE" mobile suits by bandai. Can't they at least show it to some english teachers first?

Thanks a lot! I see that the shoulder's are not yet cracked.

so how do they select the bright ones? IQ test maybe? This is pass for me. Yamato hurry up the VF-0D! Rather than wasting your time on this mundane repaints!

thanks bro!

is that the diecast voltron which was re-issued as plastic? nice! -
Roy, Health should come first. No matter how many valks, toys or possessions that you have, you won't enjoy it if something is amiss in your body. Same with family and relationships. What's the use of your earthly possessions if you have nobody to love and to love you back? (Am I being rhetorical?) Don't worry. You can earn back the money. And yamato wil rerelease those valks. You don't know but maybe by the time you have the money back, yamato might release a color variant that you'll like more than the one you forego.

No. They are really refering to the biblical Samaritans, from whom the expression "good samaritan" comes from. In biblical times, the Jews avoided Samaritans as the Samaritan were half-Jews (Don't know if it's the lower or upper half. j/k). Anyway, why are we discussing this in this thread?

Are the wings of the 1/60 yf-19 as per the lineart? Am always thinking that it looks smallish. Of all the yamato releases in the 1/60 scale, I think this is the least that I like. Of course, if yamato gives me one, I'll accept it and exchange it for a vf-11.
-
The only logical answer is that maybe they are not going to release the m&m. (dodges the pitchfork, but gets hit with the broom)

private parts. hahaha

how about humanitarian?

ramenarian as in vegetarian. ramenarian - (noun) one who subsists wholly on ramen.

YEHEY!!! The other shoulder on my 1A finally cracked! Now I don't have to worry that it will also crack. (I hope yamato notices my sarcasm ) I guess I have to do double shoulder surgery one of these days. YAMATOOOOOOO! AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!! By the way, is there a way that I can get a replacement part if I did not order it online? I bought it from a toy store in CSC in S'pore. Does anyone know if I can get it free of charge?

was reading on the vf-0d the other day and i just noticed that it was fixed-wing. will this, aside from the two-seater configuration, give yamato a hard time in engineering a PT vf-0d? anyway, is there any news or scoop on what the next non-vf-1? i have already accepted that it is the vf-0d and not the vf-4.

i have the CF! i would like to have the ivanov but i don't want to gamble as there is a lot of negative feedback about it. but if you only like to display in fighter mode, get the ivanov. the nora looks too flamboyant for me, but it already has the "fixes". by the way, there are already some threads in the same vein as your question. i think you'll get more information from there.

do you still think we have hope?
