at present i favored the camera octupus tripod inverted stands.. for you can adjust the height and angle by flexing per arm plus the rubber ends that can support the valk. you just need to find a heavy base w/c in my case came from an aquarium shake ball. the basic wire stand came from a pot holder haha.. im such a cheapskate. though what i did is glue gunned the yamato head clip on the end then painted the glued black. though i have to care of the earthquake @froy, additional pics of the gundam stands. word of warning though, theres a little no turning back on the gundam stands, i permanently glued the yamato head clip to the standard end clip of the gundam. what the heck since i dont have plans of buying the expensive yamato stands..

if you can probably visit IKEBUKURO, then look for MANDARAKE Store.. ask around, like i did while describing my shirt printed with a VF-1S valk.. "where can i buy this?" haha

when i was in japan (tokyo) last september, Yodobashi Camera Toy shops still has hi-metals on racks.. lots of it.. around 6500-7000 yen as i can remember. my only complain on the 1/100 hi-metal was the feet. freakin annoying loose ball of the feet. but with dub of minute super glue..this fixes it. and also the lack of sticker decals to complement it. ..like no UN SPACY on the leg packs. as against toynami 1/100

in Narita, AEON Mall, Book Off store.. tons of em. .. sadly its in narita,..if your arrival is in narita airport its a good place to stop over before going to tokyo. sigh.. i miss Japan.

the sooner the better, they have a market..us.

the running max is cool..its a bummer why yamato did not make a tiny hayase,hikaru,kaki as an accessory to the pocket. the YKK ZIPPER is a turn off, they should have opted for a velcro on the sides. Damn where so hard to please
