Indeed I find also the AI problems of NUN people especially Frontier in comparison to NBSG. Colonials had the original Cylons, the humans and Zentradi had Sharon Apple. Cylons have raiders, NUNS has Ghosts. The Colonials had those 7 frakking humanoid toasters, Frontier has Grace and Galaxy. They have a plan and Keiaku Doori. Unlike Colonials though Earth humans and Zentradi are tolerant of cyborgs. Colonial refugees are depresed in seeking Earth, the citizens of South Ataria make a booming city inside the Macross itself. Simulated sky too. Heck the Macross people got it right with making their robots juice machines, sweepers, phones. Not humanoid mech that can turn against you. In a way there is a similarity with the original purpose of the Zentradi to the Cylons. Both were used for war by their creators. The issue I want to write about is how the Colonials will comprehend the marriage between the people of Earth and the Zentradi, after the Zentradi killed most of the human race there. The Colonials having had their own holocaust. And how this alludes to their relationship with the Cylons.

I'm making a crossover fanfic between NBSG and Macross. Well as prologue I was thinking of making the Colonial listening to FM radio broadcasts. Question is which artist and song? Minmay: Classic Basara/Fire Bomber: Classic Rock Sheryl or Ranka: Contemporary Thank you for the input.

The NUNS Supreme Commander? Wonder what happened good ol' Vrlithwai Kradanik. He's supposed to be Supreme Commander of UN Spacy. But haven't heard a peep from him in years. Who knows maybe the Sharon Apple incident made people more paranoid. I'm sure the guy spouting Human-Zentradi unity is the president in Macross Plus. Any politician smuck in the NUN hegemony can run for President given enough votes. But if that is so is it of majority vote or something as confusing as the US President electoral process.

Makes me wonder what happened to the Galaxy civilians and NUNS. It seems to me they've been totally cut off outside the fleet. Even in Macross 7 the fleet is still in contact with Earth and other fleets via Galaxy Network. Also Grace's line that cyborgs and implants are allowed on other fleets make me think they have infiltrators in them. Certainly whatever Galaxy Anonymous is planning is bigger than just the Vajra, it certainly involves the entirety of the New United Nations. Perhaps a coup attempt bigger than in VFX-2.

That's NUNG not NUNS. Even back at the original Macross the government formed by Global and Vrlithwai called itself New UN. It is only UN Spacy that has changed it's name to New UN Spacy. Suggesting there are reforms post 2051 after William Garland's coup attempt of Earth. By that time Macross Frontier has already left Earth as it launched in 2047. The only way I see Glass as the president of the NUNG if NUNG was similarly structured as the European Council of the EU. It is merely Frontier's turn for the presidency.
