All you customizers, run like hell. Seriously how messed up is this? It is your toy and you decide to make it look better. But you decide you want to sell it for some profit as you put the time and effort into it. So they call it a copyright enfringement? I guess they threw common sense out the door.

Of course they will. But I will stay away from them all. If a TV version comes out, I will shell out the money for it. Until then, I have this one and only one.

Good lord. Where have I been? 1/3000 SDF-1? Now if they make the tv version, I am all set. I have to figure out how to get the budget approved to purchase this.

OFMG! This has to take the cake by far and wide margins. This is an awesome DYRL SDF-1. This ALMOST make me wish I bought this at $2k. I said almost. :P

Kurt, I will say it again and again: you never cease to amaze me. Every time you post your customs, I'd swear it gets better and better. Your attention to detail is impeccable and outstanding especially the Macross City in the leg of the DYRL SDF-1. Damn good work. I really think Yamato need to have you on their production or prototype staff. Again good work.

I am betting that all of this become vaporware like the Yamato 1/60 Destroid Monster.

Booyah! Vf-11B and VE-1 came in yesterday but I had to go to the post office this morning to pick it up. From now on I have to wait for sales like this from HLJ since now I am married. I cant wait to go home and open these up.

I have to agree with you. This version of Macross doesnt look thatt good like the WHAM version. And again, I have to agree with you that I am a big fan of the TV Macross version. I love the prometheus and Daedelus as the arms. Now it is came with ARMDs that were said to be added to replace the Daedelus/Prometheus arms, it would be a big bonus.

Hell no. My wife would slice my balls off. Plus I am watching my cash. This put me way outta my league. I couldnt drop $2k on this. I just couldnt justify the lack of gimmicks and the non perfect transformation.

I have to agree with hutch... well not completely. I am in for this beauty but still if it was SDFM, all the more sweeter it will be.

Then again, it is unaware of the Macross and Macross Quarter coming out. Man I wonder if there will be painted prototype in the show. Oh holy hell they did have a painted proto of the Macross Quarter. I just saw it on the Macross Quarter thread.

I think it is the lighting of the pics. It is clearly green hair for Millia but the blue-ish green-ish for Max. The cockpit canopy does have some coloration that distort the colors of those inside the cockpit.

Dude, I have a hugh 1/48s collection. I love them yet I am unhappy that the 2-seaters are in 1/60 v2. Right now, I am being selective with my 1/60 v2 purchases. I bought me a VF-1S Max, VF-1S Roy, and VF-1D so far. Sure I have 2 custom VF-1S Max 1/48s but I like the 1/60 Q-Rau Millia to do battle with Max in scale. I am just getting the rest of the 2 seaters and I am done with the 1/60v2 though I am still debatin Low Vis Roy and the M&Ms.

Really now. I thought the 1/60 v2 was the bomb since you have been touting that in all the other threads. I dont understand why ppl like the chunky monkeys when the 1/60s ARE FAR MORE SUPERIOR.
