    Get the Max 1S or wait for the re-issue of the Focker 1S which should be soon. I'm tempted myself for a 11B, but holding out for a Millia repaint, or the pink version of it.

    Yip, basically a $20 diffirence but it's cheaper to order 4 than 2 for my side of the world. Had the same issue when ordering 2 Revoltechs, and when I did a bulk order of them with friends (10 in total) they ended up costing over 30% cheaper than when ordering just 2. And yes, I've noticed that too about this confusion happening when the sales are on. I have had an incident when trying to order a Valk on sale, it was at 40% to 50%, can't remember exactly the price, but anyway with shipping the thing actually ended up only costing 10% less than without the sale discount. It come across that they were trying to make the money lost in the sale by hiking up the shipping price? Anyone else had this happening to them? As for the heavy customs fees in the Netherlands, I expereinced that when I was living in Rotterdam back in 2001. Although I always got my EMS packages within a week. Maybe Rotterdam and Amsterdam have different procedure? And yip Agen-GHQ, there's alot of contradictions. Guess it all depends how they feel in the week, and if they like the name on the order. LOL

    In the series Max on the Zentradi wore one of their uniforms. In DYRL Focker's Valk seemed pretty much the same size as the Zentran he fought? And all the comparisons in Frontier? I dunno, especially since the Millia fig is about a third of a 1/60...

    - Will the Regult be an actual 1/60 scale? Cause a Zentradi is the size of a VF-1, and he has to fit inside that pod which towers the Valks when standing up. The Qaud Rau isn't a true 1/60? The millia figure is tiny next to a Valk. And I thought Meltran and Zentradis were the same size? So hopefully it won't be this scale. - Support for the legs. The weight of the body when cause stress, so proper engineering is need there, especially QC of the plastic used. - Who voted regults suck? LOL Very brave though!

    I live in South Africa. And yes it excessive. What upsets me is that Hobby Search also uses EMS, but their EMS ends up being 20% to 30% cheaper, and whole lot more when ordering more big items. Only draw back with Hobby Search is that most of the time their items are already sold out on pre-order. But my point is that it's cheaper to order two 1/48 with two SV, which is basically the same when ordering just two 1/48.

    A few weeks back I tried to order 2 Max's 1/48 from HLJ. Shipping was way over $200! Their pages with shipping qoutes are missleading as the total doesn't include the weight of the box, and packaging material. However ordering one Max 1/48, shipping was $50! However ordering two Max's 1/48 and two SV-51, shipping was just over $200! However I then changed my mind and placed pre-orders on other things. So yes, they probably do have set box sizes and etc. Though be warned. A friend of mine ordered from HLJ numerous items including 5 or 6 1/48. He got two uber-big boxes, one totally filled up, but one only had two valks with enough space for another 3.

    In DYRL I always saw the 1J as a stand alone commondo unit. Like your elite pilot yet rogue hero unit, that went into missions alone to wreck havoc. My issue with the 1S is the production usuage of it. It makes more sense to have all the VF equiped with heads that have 4 laser barrels, instead of one like the 1A. Other than that, for me it stays a custom mod for the top of the teams.

    This whole idea also brings me to asks if anyone attempted any custom dioramas for 1/60 Valks? Back on topic. For $500 for European and African EMS shipping works out to around 60% of the value, and also depends on the weight and size of the item's box. So for us in Europe and Africa, we're looking to pay another $250 to $400 on shipping! I agree with EXO, release a Big SDF. A smaller one afterwards for those that can't justify the $500 plus uber shipping. And then produce the 1/60 SDF parts.

    Good thought, also makes you wonder if the leaders of those teams also have 1S? Also in which team did the 1J with armour slot in?

    Who else thinks that this will be another line which will still have no Zentradis? And yeah, it seems Kaiyodo lost their license to do more. Pity, cause if their line had Zentradis, it would be selling reissues of their VF-1's.

    I want it in 1/60! Yes I know, what the **** am I on? OK, not the whole thing, but the bridge area/head in 1/60. With all the bunny girls, Global, Claudia and Misa. How cool would it be to have the VF-01A Hiki or VF-01S Hiki posed alongside the bridge with Misa in view! And internal areas of the landing bay which have bay doors and launch arms, and little mechanics... Would also love a piece of the city inside to rebuild certain memorable scenes from both the series and DYRL. Especially Max's room when first gets it going with Millia. LOL

    Did the same to my GN-U. Overpriced ****! No I kid, didn't do that as I don't own any GN-U as they are overpriced... ...****! LOL My Revy's hold great pride in my display cabinet. With that said I am still very keen on a Millia VF-1J GN-U... Oh wait, Yamato is releasing everything else from the Macross Universe before that like in the 1/60 v2!

    I'm really surprised by the negativity towards the Macross 2 valks. They’re beautiful. Sorry, but Macross 7 has some of the ugliest designs in the Macross Universe, let alone the lamest characters and plot. I agree with the people that said if Kawamori had his name on Macross 2, it would be more loved. One of those things I guess. But back on topic, the Macross 2 valks have me excited, and I’m up for them.  Uber glad reading Graham’s reply.

    Use www.1999.co.jp/eng They even give you a shipping estimate before you click buy/pay. Just wait for the Focker re-issue to come out, as even with the 1S Hiki the shoulder's weren't properly solved.

    If you guys are going to order replacement parts for the DYRL valks, ask for the Max 1S shoulder as it already has the fault cleaned. For the Hikaru 1J, then ask for the Max 1A TV, as they're both bright white plastic.

    Well considering that MGS3 Subsistance had new camera and additional extras, I do regard it as remade. But yeah, intended special edition.

    Hopefully which ever it is, MGS4 remade or MGS5, they will give us a definitive answer to what has really become of solid snake. Or of coughing old Snake.

    Yip you did. And honestly I really want to play with a female character in MGS5. We've had just about every incarnation of a male to be played with. Old Snake, Boss Snake, Naked Snake, Young Snake, Version 1 Snake, Version 2 Snake, Dying Snake, Emo Raiden, Raikov special... Ok, minus infant Snake and 9 year old brat Snake, but yeah time to bring on a hot babe in a tight rubber suit to slither her bod around those corners. LOL
