This makes me sad to hear. I can't watch 3-D movies without getting completely sick to my stomach I'm still very much looking forward to this, but it will have to be in 2D.

That all makes very good sense, thanks. The only marketing materials I had seen indeed came directly from Valve via Steam . Valve didn't do nearly as good a job in addressing my blind spot as you have.

An "Enthusiast-Level" PC has nothing at all to do with case windows, lights, or bling, and everything to do with a careful selection of quality componentry, configuration, and software. I question the need for a SteamBox or SteamOS. Using my existing "enthusiast level" PC, I can already "sofa game" using Windows. I can run in triplehead via my dedicated displays, I can port to my projector with a 100" screen, or I can port to a TV, all at the click of a button. The same machine also functions as a TV and stereo tuner, media server, online streaming server, etc, etc. How would a second piece of hardware make any sense at all in this context? I'm scratching my head here. I do think that the Steam controller looks promising. I have dedicated wheel, HOTAS and TIR setups, arcade sticks/buttons, and of course good keyboard/mouse for the relevant titles, but a good controller with finer-grained input for lightweight gaming would be welcome. This looks like it could be a big improvement on the gamepad front, and I'm looking forward to trying it out. Instead of sprung joysticks, it uses touchpads for the analog input; this should be a god-send.

Box is a little rougher than I remembered, there is an abrasion near the top of the window, and two dings in the window. No punctures or tears. -

I've found that my very early-release 1/60 V.1 valks have selectively yellowed far more than my later-release V.1s have, despite having the same climate-controlled storage facility (my closet). The CFs, TRU-1As, Hikaru & Max 1As, and non-FP VF-1Ss show more pronounced yellowing on the nose cone, gear doors, hands and screw caps. Later releases, like the various Supers and VE/VT-1, haven't showed as much yellowing.

It actually may have changed recently - I think I had just heard that there is a new MAME4ALL Android/IOS port based on a newer MAME version (old MAME4ALL was based on an ancient v.36 build).

Dynaman - As I understand it, the full plot arc of the full series was originally planned to include events depicted in season 2, later truncated (to one season, ending with Love Drifts Away), and then semi-re-expanded (for the 2nd season).
