Yeah, I saw a trailer this weekend before Constantine (good flick). Who ever the writer/director is of this Macross Plus Copy is RAPING my childhhod. Well, more like my early twenties anyway...... By the end of the trailer, I was expecting to see a Sing Idol and the SDF-1 rise up out the circular explosion thingy /will not be able to sit down for a week //still might go see it........sigh

Is that actually Bandai armour? I was looking at it and the size almost looks like it's the Yamato armour put on a Bandai fig. Am I right? Did Bandai release that set of armour (with the cannon on the right rocket booster)? Bandai armor. Bandai only released the srtike armor as as set with a VF-1S Hikaru. Ebay is the easiest, cheapest choice for jetfire armor. ebay I have yet to see any loose 1/55 armor on this site. Found this on an Ebay search. The armor would look great on your 1A I'll probably get some crap for posting this..... ebay 2

At first, I was going with the Sensor packs theory, but now I am leaning towards the gatling gun theory. In the fight sceen between Isamu and Guld in the city, Guld shoots/knocks the YF-19's gunpod out of his hands. As Isamu retreats you can see he has no gunpod. After Isamu and Guld's reconcilation the Ghost shows up. You can clearly see Isamu shooting a machine gun style weapon at the Ghost in a fit of rage. So, do I get a MW No-prize? The YF-19 still has the two lasers in the wing roots. Graham I already thought about that. Graham had an explanation already. BUT those shots he fired at the ghost looked like machine gun fire, tracers and all. The shots were fired from under the nose, and traced the movement of the Ghost. Plus the sound effects were machine gun like. /not that I know what a real laser sounds like. //No-prize please!

Could always use the non-articulated hands that come with the FAST Pack sets. They're much bigger and would look better. Yamato will probably have a set of hands with the GBP anyway. As long as they are closer to scale than the 1/60 version. Mark Hamil-GBP pilot

Alright a little background first..... I have had an idea for a custom for a while, but it has been about 20 years since I attempted any modeling. I had an accident with an exacto knife. You know those anime that have a twenty feet blood spray.....well I know where they got that idea from... Parents were not pleased. Anyway, enough entertainment for you guys, down to biz. This custom involves painting the Valk and FP a different color. What paints are the best to use? Brands ? Enamels? Dull coat? How do you remove the old paint? and tempo printing? Do I need to spray the parts with Primer? A friend has said I could use his airbrush set. I will not be transforming this beasty much, but I would like to be able to. Any advice will be greatly appriciated.
