A little history before the rant. I bought and resold a cannon fodder VF-0A, due to the weak shoulder issue. I received my Shin combo from the great store Lost and Found Toys yesterday. It has been transformed from aircraft to robot once. First pic is the left arm. Second pic is the right arm. No that white spot is not camera flash glare both arms. stress marks. I'm gonna keep it and just loosen the shoulders, apply some clear nail polish, but I am starting to rethink my Ivanoff pre-order edited for ms paint app.

No rubber seepage, but that is an easy fix. If it starts to seep out, take the hip out. unscrew the screw. move the rubber back in place. reassemble. BP8 are more solid than you think. It's all in how you handled the toy. Stress or excessive force will break it. I've owned one of almost every release and have yet to break one.

So get a first edition on the cheap here or on Ebay. Then order the arm replacements from HLJ. Any other looseness can be solved with a little clear nail polish application.

Wait for the reissue. I'd bet $ it will be reissued with it's own Ghost pack. If the money is burning a hole in your pocket pre-order the VF-0a Shin+Ghost. Or you could set up a saved search for the VF-0S on Evilbay, and wait for a bargin.

I fixed this last night by taking of the legs. By unscrewing the only screw in the upper hip and pulling the leg off. There is a screw that holds the wing on, and it's a little hard to get at. Once you unscrew that, the wing comes off. Break out some clear nail polish and give the hole and knob a lite coat. After they are dry, reassemble. While you are at it, you might as well use the same procedure on the hips.
