That's a bit harsh to say about NY when it was only slightly delayed for the YF-29 Ozma Super parts. We don't know what caused the delay, but they did not botch it up as everyone who ordered it, is getting them but just slightly delayed about a week. I have faith in NY still as they have met all my preorders. Their biggest delay would have been the YF-29 Ozma, but even then, they managed to fulfill their orders.

I bought my Ozma armored parts when the VF-25F was announced to be reissued last year so the prices eventhough inflated was not as bad yet. I think I paid about 17,000 yen shipped last year from NY. Bought it on the assumption that Bandai would reissue the Ozma soon after Alto, but ended up waiting for over a year. People who would like to get the VF-25G if it reissued, might want to consider getting the super or tornado parts now before the price goes up if the VF-25G is reissued.

If Amiami, Hobby Search or HLJ opens their preoders again and last for a good amount of time, then I would say they are producing in large numbers. CD Japan open their orders when people don't expect them to, which is why it lasted that long. If they re-open it the day or day after the pre order date, it would have gone quickly. Still, I think it's not going to be easy to get like the YF-25. It might be similar to the VF-25F first reissue (not the second reissue) where there's opportunities to get during release but small window frame. Time will tell.

Yes I know. I just hope people read the thread and don't pay via PayPal as they will be paying in advance with the possibility of them not being able to get it and like anime52k8 said about BBTS, I remember a lot of ppl were not happy with them when they couldn't fulfil their vf-25s.
-
that's the answer. Their stock is not guaranteed. They will try to source it, but it they are not successful then they won't be able to fulfil their preorders. They probably not experience dealing with bandai dx and left their orders open to as many, and will just fulfil to whatever stock they can get. If you got you po in early then good chace you may get it. But late, then i think highly unlikely.

As I said in a previous post, I highly doubt that Play Asia will be able to fulfil their orders. I can put in 10,000 of it and it's fine. They have not set any limit at all. Just don't pay for it first using PayPal. Best to use credit card and get charged when it's release. That way if they don't get stock you don't get charged.
-
Don't put all your hope on play asia. My reason, they don't limit the numbers and I could very well preorder over 1000 of them probably more too. I'll be surprised if they can get that many in.

Looks like HLJ is the best price will all the open orders today and their EMS rates are discounted from actual rates while other sellers tend not to get discount for EMS shipping.

Limited items, box it. Normal items, enjoy it. As you have no idea what the companies will do in regards to reissues, the value is not as certain as limited items. VF-25F went up in price, 2nd reissue, price went down a bit but still above retail, and now 3rd reissue, prices are at retail or lower.
-
Can't really compare releases with each other as they will have different demands. Alto and Ozma will be the most demanded out of all the valks. When I missed the initial boat to preorder the YF-25, I wasn't too worried as I expect it to be available on release and it was. YF-30 new valk, but it's not Ozma or Alto or even Roy colour scheme, so probably not as many interested buyers. Like Falcon18 said, I think the VF-25 will be similar to the YF-29 Ozma. Possible to get but window of opportunity much slimmer. Just have to wait and see.
-
This time round, they haven't been selling that fast as I guess more people rather wait now. Also they have only opened 3 rounds not counting their initial retail round, and I think they put 50 in round 1 and 3 and less in round 2. Other releases by this time they have released multiple rounds and have two different price premium but that's because their first price hike is not as much as the VF-25S. Maybe after their YF-29 Ozma fiasco they had, they are not securing as much stock now and perhaps this stock is going to places like CDJapan since they keep opening their orders for the YF-30 and YF-25.
-
Thanks. Then I highly doubt we will see this for the VF-25S as they will probably allocated 1 per person first and then fill out the multiples after that if they get enough stock.
-
Anyone know whether HLJ limited to 1 for the yf-30 when the preorder first open in the past.

FAQs from CDJapan. "Cancellation is possible online in your customer account while the status of the item is Processing. After the item has been Processed, please send an email to our customer support to cancel."
-
Thank you. Waiting for HLJ as want to send it out with my YF-25 sitting in their private warehouse.
-
Appears still to be the same and more compared to the VF-25F. However, I noticed their shipping is cheaper than CDJapan. This is for Aus, but I assumed its the same for US given both are have same rates.
-
I guess if you find it cheaper you can always just not pay and they cancel it.
-
It's not really moving fast. 43 pieces still. Not sure whether it's better to wait closer to release date as places like CDJapan been opening up their preorders for other DX and also allowing up to 3.
-
Interesting that CDJapan keeps getting more and more stock. Could be a good sign that Bandai may be producing more, and releasing them to retailers closer to the release date.
-
We may not see the 25G that soon, given it took Bandai soo long for them to reissue the VF-25S. When the 25G came out it was not that hard to get from your normal places like HLJ. But who knows, Bandai may proove me wrong.
-
I am hoping for HLJ to open again so I can get it and sent it with my YF-25 sitting in their private warehouse.
-
And if they do that, they probably have to alter the colour like they did with the V1 Alto with super parts.
