    Yes please. The recent SW films have a lot of problems; this is just one (a small one at that). The problem with prequels is you already know how things are going to end. Unless you have a very compelling story and/or the characters start out wildly different than they end up then *shrugs* who cares?

    The 31F was widely available after release. If I recall correctly, it was a bit of a shelf warmer and could be had at a discount for a while. Can still find them at retail price on yahoo auctions or mandarake every now and then. But the 31F part deux has that sexy Hayate figure that all the kids go crazy for so who knows

    It does seem like an odd release. I guess they’re just trying to capitalize on the movies. Would be more enthused about 31A super parts or the 31E. Or, duh, they could have released the 31S armor parts from the movie.

    The Growing Emptiness of the Star Wars Universe “To begin with, “Solo” confronts the problems of any prequel. It feels unnecessary and anticipatory of the real action, filling in the blanks without pushing the story forward. We already know what will happen—Han will meet Chewbacca, make the Kessel Run in twelve parsecs, win the Millenium Falcon in a card game, and end up a rakish bachelor—and this puts any genuine suspense out of reach. It’s hemmed in, moreover, by the staid psychology of the “origin story,” according to which people are destined only to become themselves. In origin stories, people almost never contain multitudes, and circumstances rarely leave room for choice; “Solo” discovers that the young Han is pretty much identical to the older one, with the same skills, mannerisms, and values. It would’ve been interesting to learn that Han was once a sensitive boy with a musical gift, or a talented athlete with prospects for the pros, or a genuinely flawed person in need of improvement. Instead, he turns out to have no hidden self and nothing to regret. Our understanding of him does not change.”

    Solo: A Star Wars Story debuts at #1 with a worrisome $83.3M domestic on an estimated budget of $250M-$300M. “[...]this number right here is bad. Really, really, really bad. How bad? Well first off remember Justice League, the megaflop from last year? That film carried a similar budget of around $300M (Solo's estimates are all over the map with Disney reporting $250M while Deadline reports $300M+) and was also a film that was basically shot twice under two different sets of directors. Well that film, for all its woes, opened at $93.8M, a full $10M higher than Solo. Then there's the comparisons to other Disney era Star Wars films. No one expected the spin-offs to do as well as the episodic ones but compared with Rogue One, Solo is just pitiful. Rogue One opened 46% higher than Solo with $155M and that was in December when films are supposed to be flipped from the usual summer release strategy of opening really big to cushion big drops in the coming weekends. Not to mention that Star Wars has always been much more of a domestic pull then other more lucrative international properties like the MCU and the Fast & Furious films, which brings us to the even worse news.[...]”

    I always wash my hands too haha The plastic toothpick from a Swiss Army knife opens up landing gear and other assorted compartments nicely.

    @CharlesXavier I’m guessing your VF-31As shipped? What was your order number/date? Was hoping to get shipping notification for mine but no dice. Maybe next week I did get a “processing” notification for the 31C supers so that good
