My order for 2 X VF-31A from NY paid for on 10/07 still hasn’t shipped. I submitted a ticket almost 3 days ago and they haven’t responded which is new. I typically hear back in 24 hours :/ So I guess they’re just going to keep my money and ignore me now...?

The new scheme(s) remind me of the Yamato 1/48 urban camo armor parts. I like it It’s a shame that we may not get the 1/60 scale parts :/

Same here, I always have to talk myself out of getting another copy when I see one cheaper lol. “Hmmmm, I have 3 already but this one is $10 cheaper. Should probable get another....wait..no..stop”

PERFECTO estado! To be fair I’ve only ever had an issue with the 31A preorder but I still feel raw about it. So many folks here are charitable to NY because they’ve been lucky enough to not have to deal with them outside of placing an order and paying for it. Remember the old retail adage, for every customer that complains there are two dozen more that sit silent and simply take their business elsewhere. I still use NY because they are the cheapest game in town. But I will never rely on them as the sole source of something I absolutely have to have because they have let me down in the past.

I think it was a combination of new websites being put to the test and legit PO Madness due to a new HMR mold. I ended up with 4 orders at different sites but I doubt I will keep all of them.

I think preorders will keep popping up here and there. Only the very first HMR releases are difficult to come by at non-scalper prices.

There were 2 people who received their orders for 2 x 31As. NY has offered to reduce orders for multiple copies to 1 and ship out sooner rather than later. I’m waiting on mine. IDGAF if it takes another year. I will continue bugging them until I get what I paid for.

All the regular spots are serviceable: Amazon.jp AmiAmi AnimeExport CDJ HLJ HobbySearch Nippon Yasan Some folks had issues with AmiAmi and HLJ new site design; and some folks don’t like NY after VF-31A fiasco. Pick your poison.

Ah nostalgia! I remember blowing my allowance on Jim Lee and Todd McFarlane books at the local comic book store. I had like 40 issues of spawn #1 but sold them years ago :/
