    Well i don't really know anything about it. I just assumed some of the hard core fans would know more info. Wasn't this a manga already? I don't know. I have a newborn and a high pressure job so i don't have time to scour every Gundam news site and forum to keep up with the level of knowledge that you expect me to have. Macross is the only thing i really keep up on and usually only from this forum. Seriously it wasn't an unreasonable question. Jeez calm down.

    Looks like Gundam the Origin is very Char centric. Is this retelling 0079 or is it more of a prequel to 0079? If it's the latter does that mean that no Gundam will appear in this series?

    The 10% markup is less than i expected considering the 50% markup the VF-1 got. Maybe they think the figures warrant the price hike? Personally i'd rather have a cheaper valk rather than being forced to pay for figures and the crappy sound booster.

    Do we know if this is made to order? Release is sept 2014, so i guess we aren't getting other vf re-releases until after then.

    This price is so good i actually bought a second one. Keep it as a spare in case my first gets damaged.

    Looks like i wasn't far off in my guesstimate. Yeah it's a pass. Looks like I'm sticking to Bandai valks for the foreseeable future.

    I can't frickin believe it. It's like half off. When did i buy this? Jan or Feb? Should Have held out. I thought this was going to be hard to get later on if i didn't get it right away.

    Is there a way to just browse the sale items. I rather not have to go to each category separately.

    I intially thought this was a bad move on Arcadias part. However used kais are showing up more frequently at jungle and mandarake which makes me think people are selling them in anticipation of the new reissue. Has it been said yet if these are made to order?

    The crumbling triangles is probably why this is a web exclusive this time. Bandai knows we have to get these right away or risk not getting them at all later on. If bandai hadn't made this a web exclusive, very few people would get it right away. Most would wait to hear reports of triangle breakages before purchasing.

    Love my 1/48s. However I noticed on the ones I left the pilot in the cockpit, paint came off the seat and the pilots bum. Looks like the rubber reacts with the plastic causing it to melt the paint off. Doh!!! Still getting yamatoed and they aren't even around anymore.

    It seems low viz schemes sell better than the standard releases unless this is selling simply on ozma power alone. I wonder how well a black vf-25 would sell?

    I have to say the metallic gold is looking really nice. Might consider getting one if it doesn't end up being priced what i think it will be.

    VF-1 is bar the funnest transformation of all the valks. The Yf-29 was frustrating the first time but i consider it pretty fun now. the Vf-27 was surprisingly fun too. But like others have said the paint scratching takes the fun out the bandai valks. The point in front of the cockpit always seems to get scratched on my frontier valks. Really frustrating.

    Great Pics but i`m not digging the gunpod color. It stands out too much. They should have made it the same color as the Vf-25a`s gunpod.
