    If there was 5 toy/model sponsors, you think there would be better mecha scenes and better capitalization of add on parts for the valks. If those sponsors are going to chime in with demands I imagine they'd offer suggestions that would help sell their products. I didn't really see that other than the needless 31J repaint for the last episode.

    I totally spaced on that Heinz getting poisoned plot, what ever became of that plotline. I've totally forgotten.

    Every new terminator film released after T3 makes T3 seem so much better. After Genisys, T3 is practically a work of art in comparison. It's too bad because Genisys had a decent idea implemented badly. Except that John Conner twist which was stupid beyond belief.

    I picked up blaster the other day for $40. Not because I was planning to but because it's unusual to get a leader class in town. It's always just deluxes and the really small ones. There was only one left and I figured I should buy it since I won't probably ever see it again or power master prime. The one I really want but I'll probably never see in a store here.

    Yeah that was one i was thinking. I may check it out (i'm a dad too). Thinking of checking that Pollyanna one Renato was talking about as well. Is it the 80s series or is it a newer remake?

    What was the name of the anime Craig said to check out? I couldn't make it out.

    Well yeah of course it is. But will it be wrapped up satisfyingly? My guess is no. It'll either be continued in something else like a movie or they just wrap up poorly leaving many plot points unanswered, ignored or extremely rushed. Hey if they can pull off a good wrap i'll be the first to be happy about it. But even if it's amazingly awesome it still won't make the whole series good. That ship has already sailed. I can't think of any anime that has blown it as bad as delta with it's second cour. I wholeheartedly agree with Graham's previous post, being a lifelong macross fan i've never have lost interest with a macross series till now.

    Wow. Same here. Those were some of my first exposures to anime. I'm from western canada and didn't speak french at all. I remember catching both while flipping channels and got caught up in them. Even though i couldn't understand the language something caught my eye about these shows and could tell they were something beyond the average cartoon.

    I can't see how they can possible wrap this series up in one 20 min episode. Are we even going to see some crazy mecha action that rivals frontier's final episode. I'm kinda doubting it. It will suck if they pull a to be continued in a movie that takes over a year to come out. Also I not sure how I feel about this megaroad 1 revelation. Normally I would be exited about something like this but this is the series they choose to pull out that card? Especially as a last minute plot detail that came out of the blue. I was never into this lady M mystery. Theres really no one safistfying ahe could be. Now it looks like they pointing her to be Minmay which I just can't see. She comes back from megaroad and starts up Xaos that operates on the fringes of the galaxy. It would've made more sense if she appeared at the end of frontier.

    Yeah we just need a certain someone to come back and defend delta saying we are not the target market thus we have no right to complain about the lack of mecha action, bad pacing and coherent plot.

    I'd always assumed isamu was discharged after that incident but not criminally charge because he saved the day. When he showed up in sms that really made sense to me. It would be the way he could fly for a living. But alas apparently it didn't go down that way. This is the first I heard about Millard taking the blame. Do we know what his punishment was?

    Argghhh i didn't check this thread for a day and a half and suddenly the mirya 1j has been announced and preorder up. I wouldn't even have known to check if i hadn't seem a listing on ebay. I was like WTF. Quickly came back to check the forum. An intense few minutes: -holy s**t it's been announced -When is the date -Noooooo it was yesterday -wait stores still have them - YESS!!!!!! -Oh god damn - payment required upfront (( The result is the same if it had been a normal release. i would've missed the preorder. This time i can't preorder because they want payment upfront. Nice timing... i have three CFs to buy this month along with the orguss and the tamashii stand as well as the Elysion Mecha collection. I hope the preorder stays open for a while so i can pay for it after i've cleared off my other preorders.

    NY has not been reopening their preorders ever since the vf-19advance. It's the norm now. They wait till release date to sell any additionals.

    So do we know who sponsored the development of the 31?. It seems like it ws xaos instead of an emigrant fleet/government. I didn't know that was possible. Would sms sell the specs to a potential rival pmc? Would nuns sell to mercenaries?

    That would be the lamest resolution of the evil nuns guy subplot. I don't remember seeing him shown on that fleet when Keith destroyed it but i don't put it past delta's writers to do this off screen. I've never thought i'd be so disappointed in a macross series.

    I'm surprised they haven't tried to continue this series. Though the sequels weren't as good as the orginal. I did like the music for iczelion. I actually bought the 2 osts. I would have like to see that series continue.
