It's only natural people talk about the previous series in the announcement thread as they state their expectations and hopes for the next series. Yeah there maybe a couple extreme people but that is everywhere on the internet. -

Not sure why you are directing this at me since i think Delta is a terrible show due to the writing which is a point you agree with and post quite frequently on. I get really tired of people throwing that analogy of old people grumbling, at anyone that has a negative view on a show they like. We're on this board to discuss this show good or bad. I think if we're only allowed to sing praise on delta this forum would get really boring really quick. I don't think most people on here are grumbling about not being in the target market (maybe in the first month of the show airing). I think most people now are complaining about the quality. It doesn't matter either way, it's all subjective. For the record i was on board with delta until the second half. I buy the merchandise. Though i prefer the older shows i still enjoy the newer shows. I just don't understand why people get blasted for not liking delta. Sure there is the extreme person now and then that is annoying but they are far and few between. Damn i'm a huge Macross 7 fan. Now there is a show that gets blasted all the time still to this day, 20 years after it originally aired. It seems to get brought up in every discussion somehow with a bunch of posters quickly throwing in "7 sucks". You don't see me crying "don't make fun of my show". -

LOL, Right. Delta was successful, so what, it's irrelevant. It was still a terrible show IMO. Just because Delta was successful, it doesn't make it a good show. The Transformers live action movies are a perfect example of that. I fail to see the point of your post. It reads like you're personally offended by the comments. People can state their opinion weather they like or dislike a show. Fans in both camps have posted in this thread without getting all touchy about it. If it irritates you so much then i suggest you don't read the thread. -

I never worried about a new macross series screwing us on the mecha action... then delta happened. Now I'm worried about not getting what should be a given in a macross series. What's worse is that delta somehow became a hit anyway. So it makes me think they'll do more of the same. I don't have much expectations for a new series. My only hope is that macross will get super popular like gundam so that one day they may do side ovas catered to the old school fans. -
Wow I can't believe people buy these for that price. You can almost get the Arcadia 1/60 for that price.

I think this will be the standard if this sells well. I bet you Arcadia is trying this out to see which version makes more money. If it does well enough, i don't doubt Arcadia will only offer the premium finish at the premium price.

Especially since they didn't swap out different pods. They might as well integrated the pod and made the spine seamless.

No offense, but the way you talk to people may affect the way people respond to you. I know i don't go out of my way to help people who address me a certain way. The question is how did he dispute the charges? Did he make a claim through paypal? If so i can see them HLJ banning for that as they have nothing to do with fedex's service. If he simply emailed them then the result seems kinda harsh. That being said, i find fedex to be an awful service. I've only ever used them with hlj as my last two private warehouse shipments. Both ended up taking an extra week cause the package sat in their warehouse waiting for me to pay duty charges. The thing is they never called me to pay. They said i did but i know i didn't, i have call history on my phone. When trying to explain to them i pay more for their service so i can get my stuff faster, so why should i continue to pay for their service if it takes as long as a slower/cheaper service; i just get how do i want to pay parroted back to me. Yeah i won't be using them again. It's too bad EMS is now more expensive than fedex. Never had an issue with EMS.

In my mind a 1/48 vf-1 would probably cost the same as a vf-0 costs or more. Sad I think a new 1/48 vf-1 would be amazing.

The alto yf-29 got re-released twice as well.

I thought yamato said there was technical reason why they couldn't make 1/48 scale two-seaters? I can't remember exactly what.

I recently pulled my 1/48 1J from storage and the chest plate had yellowed. Makes me wished i played the crap out of them when i first got it. Might as well enjoyed it while it still looked new.
