Sadly, NY is the better shipping option for me price wise. HLJ parcels alway get hit by Custom and duties fees. My NY parcels never get hit with those fees due to NY undervaluing them. So with almost 2 weeks of waiting for them to ship, it's still unfortunately worth it for me to go with them.

You're telling me that NY's shipping rates are higher in Japan than the US? That's crazy. A lot of places won't even ship to Italy. I heard through general gossip that Italy's postal service is notorious for packages going missing and employee's stealing stuff resulting in a few places simply not shipping there at all. That makes me sad as i'm from Italy/Croatia.

Yamato claimed that the zero line didn't sell well (not sure if i believe that) but Arcadia is releasing zero now. The yf-21 is one i could see them doing. The original yamato 1/60 sold well enough for at least one reissue.

I dunno. I really want to love battle 7 and i do in a way. But something about the coloring scheme really makes it an eyesore for me. Battle frontier on the other hand looks hawt,.

I have that happening to the cockpit seat of my 1/48 vf-1s hikaru. The seat feels sticky and the paint is transferring to the pilot every time i put the pilot in the seat. I can wipe the pilot clean but it's annoying. When i first noticed this i panicked and checked all my other 1/48s but they were all fine. This particular 1/48 1S was bought used off a member here and wasn't in the greatest shape to begin with. So i don't know what different variables are in play from the rest of my collection. I wonder if i paint the chair, will the stickiness remain?

Does N-Y have a store front? I can see them employing one clerk all day who also has to pack up orders in his spare time in-between handling customers.

For that price i expect the legs to stay on and the cockpit window to get scratched when transforming to battroid.

Sadly i missed the 31A the one i really wanted. Had one back ordered at hlj forever. HLJ finally emailed me saying they won't be able to get one now. Hopefully they will release more of them.

No they spend their money in their real estate business, they just won't spend it on robotech. Trust me they are not in trouble as a company. Robotech however is definitely in trouble and has been for decades. It will finally die when their fan base dies off. I doubt they attracting and new fans (could be wrong about this but i'd be surprised if i was).

Sony just needs to hold on till Spiderman comes out. The movie is going to make tons of money. Harmony Gold is mainly a real estate company. Not to mention that Frank Argama is worth 75 million. They are not hurting for money. They are just super cheap and want to squeeze every cent out of robotech without investing any of their own money into it.
